Call to the EC for an inclusive Ocean Strategy
Small scale fisheries organisations and NGOs join forces for an inclusive Oceans Strategy that takes into account the rights of fishing communities

On World Fisheries Day, LIFE and an international network of organizations call to the European Commissioner-designate for Environment and Oceans, Mr. Virginijus Sinkevičius, for an inclusive oceans strategy that recognises the central role of fisheries, with a balanced approach to securing social, economic and environmental sustainability.
