LIFE fully supports and endorses the recommendations of the ETP Small-Scale Fisheries Working Group, particularly in relation to the Energy Transition. In this regard, LIFE aligns with the Group’s position that the transition must be fair, inclusive and tailored to the specific realities of small-scale fisheries, ensuring that decarbonisation efforts strengthen — rather than undermine — the socio-economic viability and resilience of the sector.
