{"id":22207,"date":"2025-12-10T14:13:51","date_gmt":"2025-12-10T14:13:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/?p=22207"},"modified":"2025-12-11T07:43:57","modified_gmt":"2025-12-11T07:43:57","slug":"putting-stocks-recovery-at-the-centre-of-eu-fisheries-decisions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/sv\/putting-stocks-recovery-at-the-centre-of-eu-fisheries-decisions\/","title":{"rendered":"Att s\u00e4tta \u00e5terh\u00e4mtningen av fiskbest\u00e5nden i centrum f\u00f6r EU:s fiskeribeslut"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div>N\u00e4r EU:s fiskeriministrar f\u00f6rbereder sig f\u00f6r det avg\u00f6rande decemberm\u00f6tet i ministerr\u00e5det utf\u00e4rdar vi ett <strong>gemensamt samtal med fritidsfiskare och milj\u00f6organisationer<\/strong> f\u00f6r en grundl\u00e4ggande f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring av hur vetenskaplig r\u00e5dgivning om fiskerim\u00f6jligheter beg\u00e4rs och anv\u00e4nds. <strong>I ett gemensamt brev till kommission\u00e4r Kadis,<\/strong> vi uppmanar Europeiska kommissionen att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att framtida fiskekvoter och den vetenskap som ligger till grund f\u00f6r dem till fullo \u00f6verensst\u00e4mmer med EU:s lagstadgade skyldigheter och dess bredare ambition att skapa ett h\u00e4lsosamt, motst\u00e5ndskraftigt och produktivt hav inom ramen f\u00f6r den europeiska havspakten.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00d6ver Europas havsomr\u00e5den visar en g\u00e5ng s\u00e5 rikliga kommersiella fiskbest\u00e5nd \u2013 fr\u00e5n makrill och torsk till kolja och baltiska arter \u2013 en alarmerande nedg\u00e5ng. F\u00f6r att v\u00e4nda denna utveckling kr\u00e4vs en<strong> f\u00f6rnyat vetenskapligt r\u00e5dgivningsramverk som uttryckligen prioriterar \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning av fiskbest\u00e5nd, f\u00f6rsiktighet, ekosystemets h\u00e4lsa och uppn\u00e5endet av god milj\u00f6status.<\/strong>F\u00f6rnyelsen av rampartnerskapsavtalet och det specifika bidragsavtalet mellan Europeiska kommissionen och Internationella havsforskningsr\u00e5det (Ices), som nu \u00e4r f\u00f6rest\u00e5ende, \u00e4r ett avg\u00f6rande tillf\u00e4lle. Vi uppmanar kommissionen att<strong> uppdatera dessa avtal<\/strong> s\u00e5 att EU:s r\u00e5dgivningsbeg\u00e4ran till ICES tydligt efterfr\u00e5gar \u00e5terh\u00e4mtningsfokuserad, f\u00f6rsiktighetsbaserad och ekosystembaserad r\u00e5dgivning, f\u00f6r att verka f\u00f6r l\u00e4gre fisigkvoter f\u00f6r 2026 d\u00e4r s\u00e5 beh\u00f6vs och f\u00f6r att involvera intressenter p\u00e5 ett mer transparent s\u00e4tt i utformningen av framtida r\u00e5dgivningsprocesser.<\/p>\n<p>Genom att integrera \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning och havsmilj\u00f6 i b\u00e5de politik och vetenskaplig r\u00e5dgivning kan kommissionen styra EU:s fiskerif\u00f6rvaltning mot l\u00e5ngsiktig h\u00e5llbarhet, livskraftiga kustsamh\u00e4llen och motst\u00e5ndskraftiga marina ekosystem.
