{"id":21204,"date":"2024-07-16T13:43:38","date_gmt":"2024-07-16T13:43:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/?p=21204"},"modified":"2024-07-17T11:14:51","modified_gmt":"2024-07-17T11:14:51","slug":"baltic-sea-total-allowable-catch-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/sv\/baltic-sea-total-allowable-catch-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00d6stersj\u00f6n: Total till\u00e5ten f\u00e5ngst 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Efter inf\u00f6randet av undantags\u00e5tg\u00e4rder i \u00d6stersj\u00f6n f\u00f6r att skydda torskbest\u00e5nden f\u00f6r fem \u00e5r sedan har situationen bara f\u00f6rv\u00e4rrats, och det finns inga sk\u00e4l till optimism om att l\u00e4get kommer att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttras inom den n\u00e4rmaste framtiden, <a href=\"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/sv\/baltic-emergency-no-fishers-of-the-future-without-fish-in-the-future\/\">s\u00e5som vi tog upp under evenemanget \u201cBaltic emergency\u201d som h\u00f6lls i Bryssel i juni.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Den 31 maj offentliggjorde Internationella r\u00e5det f\u00f6r havsforskning (ICES) sitt vetenskapliga yttrande om hur mycket fisk som f\u00e5r fiskas i \u00d6stersj\u00f6n n\u00e4sta \u00e5r (2025). Detta yttrande har utarbetats f\u00f6r att informera Europeiska kommissionen (EK) och<br \/>\nJordbruks- och fisker\u00e5det n\u00e4r de fastst\u00e4ller fiskerif\u00f6reskrifterna f\u00f6r 2025, och EG:s f\u00f6rslag om fiskerif\u00f6reskrifter i \u00d6stersj\u00f6n, som ber\u00e4knas publiceras i slutet av augusti.<\/p>\n<p>ICES:s rekommendation visar att de flesta best\u00e5nden inte \u00e5terh\u00e4mtar sig eller till och med minskar ytterligare. Spratt har nu lagts till torsk och v\u00e4stlig sill som arter vars best\u00e5ndsniv\u00e5er befinner sig p\u00e5 historiskt l\u00e5ga niv\u00e5er. LIFE v\u00e4lkomnar visserligen ICES:s rekommendation om att minska fisket, men vi \u00e4r oroade \u00f6ver att denna rekommendation inte g\u00e5r tillr\u00e4ckligt l\u00e5ngt, eftersom den \u00e4r sn\u00e4v och inte kan g\u00e5 ut\u00f6ver ett enkelt, artspecifikt tillv\u00e4gag\u00e5ngss\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p>Trots att kvoterna f\u00f6r riktat fiske har minskat har ICES inte tagit h\u00e4nsyn till varken effekterna av naturlig d\u00f6dlighet (s\u00e4rskilt predation fr\u00e5n skarv och s\u00e4l) eller bif\u00e5ngstd\u00f6dlighet i sina rekommendationer. N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller torsk f\u00e5ngas fortfarande stora m\u00e4ngder i bottentr\u00e5lning efter plattfisk (skrubbsk\u00e4dda och r\u00f6dsp\u00e4tta). Mycket mer torsk f\u00e5ngas (och kastas tillbaka) som bif\u00e5ngst i detta fiske \u00e4n i det fiske som riktar sig mot torsk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Av dessa sk\u00e4l h\u00e4vdar LIFE att fisket efter torsk, r\u00f6dsp\u00e4tta och v\u00e4stlig sill i havsomr\u00e5dena 21\u201332 b\u00f6r st\u00e4ngas f\u00f6r alla flottor och redskap, med undantag f\u00f6r sm\u00e5skaliga flottor med l\u00e5g milj\u00f6p\u00e5verkan som anv\u00e4nder passiva redskap.
