La mai mult de 7 ani de la sesizarea instan\u021bei pentru a contesta legalitatea aloc\u0103rii cotei de ton ro\u0219u (Thunnus thynnus), grupul nu a a\u0219teptat \u00een zadar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dup\u0103 o prim\u0103 hot\u0103r\u00e2re \u00een favoarea sa \u00een iunie 2021, urmat\u0103 de apelul depus de stat \u00een septembrie 2021, acest rezultat ridic\u0103 speran\u021bele multor pescari artizanali care se confrunt\u0103 cu o situa\u021bie insuportabil\u0103 \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te repartizarea cotelor de pescuit. Navele mari monopolizeaz\u0103 adesea cotele, l\u0103s\u00e2ndu-i pe micii pescari cu pu\u021bin sau chiar nimic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ACA nu a f\u0103cut dec\u00e2t s\u0103 confirme hot\u0103r\u00e2rea din 2021 a Cur\u021bii din Montpellier: Articolul L. 921-2 din Codul rural \u0219i al pescuitului maritim francez nu are un temei juridic. Acesta reglementeaz\u0103 alocarea posibilit\u0103\u021bilor de pescuit pe baza a trei criterii, \u0219i anume istoricul produc\u0103torilor, tendin\u021bele pie\u021bei \u0219i echilibrul economic, ignor\u00e2nd integrarea criteriului de mediu \u00een textele na\u021bionale cerute de regulamentele europene \u0219i, \u00een special, de art. 17 din Politica comun\u0103 \u00een domeniul pescuitului, care prevede c\u0103 \"Statele membre utilizeaz\u0103 criterii transparente \u0219i obiective, inclusiv criterii de mediu, sociale \u0219i economice.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cazul tonului ro\u0219u este deosebit de emblematic pentru aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie inechitabil\u0103, cu o cot\u0103 na\u021bional\u0103 de aproape 7 000 de tone redistribuite aproape \u00een \u00eentregime c\u0103tre pescuitul industrial mediteranean pentru export.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Datorit\u0103 eforturilor majore de gestionare, stocul de ton ro\u0219u s-a ref\u0103cut \u00een ultimii 10 ani, iar ast\u0103zi nu putem dec\u00e2t s\u0103 ne felicit\u0103m pentru starea sa bun\u0103. Aceast\u0103 tendin\u021b\u0103 pozitiv\u0103 a dus la o cre\u0219tere a cotei franceze de la 3 226 de tone \u00een 2017 la 6 693 de tone \u00een 2024.
