Aproximativ dou\u0103zeci de persoane din l'Empord\u00e0, printre care pescari artizanali, buc\u0103tari, restauratori, scheme sus\u021binute de comunitate, mi\u0219carea economiei solidare \u0219i ONG-uri locale, cum ar fi \"The Sepia Project\", s-au adunat pentru a forma \"Comunitatea de practic\u0103 Foodnected \u00een l'Empord\u00e0<\/strong>\", o ini\u021biativ\u0103 promovat\u0103 de Pescarii cu impact redus din Europa<\/strong><\/a> \u0219i membrii s\u0103i Art\u0103 Menors Costa Brava<\/strong>, ca parte a Conectat la alimente<\/a> Proiect.<\/p>\n

Conectat la alimente<\/a> este rezultatul eforturilor colective ale mai multor organiza\u021bii cu inten\u021bia de a contribui la transformarea actualului sistem alimentar din Mediterana \u00eentr-unul mai echitabil \u0219i mai durabil. Astfel, proiectul a contribuit la facilitarea apari\u021biei unor sisteme alimentare cu lan\u021b scurt, at\u00e2t pe uscat, c\u00e2t \u0219i pe mare, care func\u021bioneaz\u0103 pentru natur\u0103 \u0219i oameni, aduc\u00e2nd \u00eempreun\u0103 produc\u0103torii \u0219i consumatorii prin intermediul comunit\u0103\u021bilor locale de practic\u0103, bazate pe valori comune<\/a>. Proiectul a cuprins mai multe situri pilot \u00een Mediterana, unul dintre ele fiind \u00een Empord\u00e0, unde a contribuit la crearea de Empesca't<\/a>, un sistem de v\u00e2nz\u0103ri directe \u0219i un brand de calitate, durabilitate \u0219i comer\u021b echitabil al produselor pescarilor artizanali din l'Estartit \u0219i func\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u00een mod satisf\u0103c\u0103tor din iunie anul trecut. \u00cen acela\u0219i timp, a fost reunit un grup de actori-cheie din cadrul lan\u021bului valoric local din l'Empord\u00e0.<\/p>\n

\u00cent\u00e2lnirea din data de 25 a fost prima \u00eent\u00e2lnire constitutiv\u0103 a acestei Comunit\u0103\u021bi de Practic\u0103, \u00een cadrul c\u0103reia nu numai c\u0103 s-a s\u0103rb\u0103torit na\u0219terea Empesca't \u00eentr-un mod mai oficial, dar a fost, de asemenea, un spa\u021biu pentru ca actorii care fac posibil acest model s\u0103 se cunoasc\u0103 \u00eentre ei \u0219i s\u0103 reflecteze \u00eempreun\u0103, acum ca grup, la urm\u0103torii pa\u0219i \u0219i la foaia de parcurs pentru a realiza un sistem alimentar mai echitabil \u0219i mai durabil \u00een zona Empord\u00e0.<\/p>\n
