Acest lucru este un lucru pe care pescarii la scar\u0103 mic\u0103 cu impact redus din Marea Baltic\u0103 \u00eel cer de ani de zile. \u00cen ciuda sc\u0103derii capturilor din ultimii 20 de ani, sc\u0103derea recrut\u0103rii a l\u0103sat stocurile de cod \u00eentr-o stare dezastruoas\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Membrii din Marea Baltic\u0103 ai organiza\u021biei LIFE (Low Impact Fishers of Europe) solicit\u0103 Comisiei \u0219i statelor membre UE din Marea Baltic\u0103 s\u0103 asigure viitorul at\u00e2t al stocului de cod, c\u00e2t \u0219i al comunit\u0103\u021bilor de pescari din jurul M\u0103rii Baltice.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stocurile de cod din Marea Baltic\u0103 se afl\u0103 \u00eentr-o stare extrem de fragil\u0103 \u0219i de stresat\u0103. Acestea sunt atacate din toate p\u0103r\u021bile, at\u00e2t de pescuitul excesiv, c\u00e2t \u0219i de un mediu ostil cauzat de poluare, de pr\u0103d\u0103torii (\u00een special foci \u0219i cormorani), de concuren\u021ba intens\u0103 pentru rezervele de hran\u0103 limitate, de infestarea cu viermi, de dragare \u0219i de epuizarea oxigenului. Pe\u0219tii se afl\u0103 \u00eentr-o stare precar\u0103, cu rate de cre\u0219tere sc\u0103zute \u0219i rate de mortalitate ridicate \u0219i cu niveluri sc\u0103zute \u0219i \u00een continu\u0103 sc\u0103dere a recrut\u0103rii \u0219i a dimensiunii stocului.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LIFE \u00eendeamn\u0103 Comisia \u0219i statele membre s\u0103 ia toate m\u0103surile necesare pentru a realiza obiectivul PCP de a gestiona pescuitul astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 beneficii economice, sociale \u0219i de ocupare a for\u021bei de munc\u0103 (articolul 2 alineatul (1)).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Activit\u0103\u021bile de pescuit la scar\u0103 mic\u0103, cu impact redus, furnizeaz\u0103 pe\u0219te de cea mai bun\u0103 calitate, care se vinde la cele mai mari pre\u021buri - crema capturii -, viz\u00e2nd pe\u0219tii de dimensiuni medii \u0219i evit\u00e2nd \u00een mare m\u0103sur\u0103 capturile accidentale.
