\"Dup\u0103 ce ne str\u0103duim de ani de zile s\u0103 subliniem importan\u021ba educa\u021biei \u0219i s\u0103 cre\u0219tem gradul de con\u0219tientizare a consumatorilor cu privire la valoarea alimentelor lor \u0219i la leg\u0103tura lor cu oamenii care le produc, suntem \u00eenc\u00e2nta\u021bi s\u0103 colabor\u0103m cu organiza\u021biile de pescuit \u0219i agricultur\u0103 sustenabil\u0103 pentru a progresa c\u0103tre o lume \u00een care to\u021bi actorii se pot reuni prin ini\u021biative comune pentru a-\u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi vie\u021bile unii altora printr-un aspect esen\u021bial al ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 s\u0103 fii om: alimentele pe care alegem s\u0103 le consum\u0103m pentru a ne hr\u0103ni nu doar corpul, ci \u0219i pentru a ne hr\u0103ni spiritul \u0219i comunit\u0103\u021bile\", a declarat Paula Barbeito, coordonator Foodnected la Slow Food.<\/p>\n

Finan\u021bat de Funda\u021bia MAVA pe o perioad\u0103 de doi ani, Foodnected are ca scop \"Conectarea oamenilor \u0219i a naturii \u00een jurul unor sisteme alimentare locale, echitabile \u0219i durabile\". Viziunea sa este de a aduce \u00eempreun\u0103 produc\u0103torii \u0219i consumatorii prin intermediul unei comunit\u0103\u021bi de practic\u0103 bazate pe valori comune. Prin scurtarea distan\u021bei dintre produc\u0103tori \u0219i consumatori \u0219i prin dezvoltarea unui cod etic de valori sociale \u0219i de mediu pentru modul \u00een care sunt produse \u0219i consumate alimentele, proiectul va aborda deficien\u021bele sistemului de pia\u021b\u0103 predominant \u0219i va inversa situa\u021bia nedreapt\u0103 cu care se confrunt\u0103 micii produc\u0103tori.<\/p>\n

\"\"\"Ob\u021binerea unui acces echitabil la resurse \u0219i la pie\u021be este o lupt\u0103 fundamental\u0103 pentru micii pescari cu impact redus, care reprezint\u0103 majoritatea flotei europene. Credem c\u0103 este esen\u021bial s\u0103 lucr\u0103m \u00eempreun\u0103 cu al\u021bii pentru a ob\u021bine o schimbare pozitiv\u0103 \u0219i semnificativ\u0103 \u00een sistemele noastre alimentare.
