Projekt zosta\u0142 przedstawiony do konsultacji cz\u0142onkom Rady Doradczej Morza Ba\u0142tyckiego we wrze\u015bniu 2024 roku.<\/p>\n

Zdrowe stada \u015bledzia maj\u0105 kluczowe znaczenie dla ekosystemu Morza Ba\u0142tyckiego, jednak negatywne trendy zaobserwowano we wszystkich podrejonach Morza Ba\u0142tyckiego wzd\u0142u\u017c szwedzkiego wybrze\u017ca. Obejmuj\u0105 one spadek struktury wiekowej i wielko\u015bciowej, a tak\u017ce zmniejszenie biomasy i liczebno\u015bci. Niniejszy projekt naukowy ma na celu ocen\u0119, czy \u015brodki zarz\u0105dzania rybo\u0142\u00f3wstwem przestrzennym mog\u0105 poprawi\u0107 stan zasob\u00f3w \u015bledzia wzd\u0142u\u017c szwedzkiego wybrze\u017ca.<\/p>\n

Proponowany obszar badawczy w \u015brodkowej cz\u0119\u015bci Morza Ba\u0142tyckiego przetestuje roczne ograniczenia po\u0142owowe dla statk\u00f3w unijnych u\u017cywaj\u0105cych narz\u0119dzi ci\u0105gnionych w odniesieniu do stad pelagicznych, z wy\u0142\u0105czeniem statk\u00f3w o d\u0142ugo\u015bci poni\u017cej 24 metr\u00f3w po\u0142awiaj\u0105cych ryby przeznaczone do bezpo\u015bredniego spo\u017cycia przez ludzi. Jako zadanie rz\u0105du szwedzkiego, projekt skupi si\u0119 na szwedzkim rybo\u0142\u00f3wstwie, z sugerowanymi przepisami po\u0142owowymi, kt\u00f3re zostan\u0105 wdro\u017cone jako \u015brodki krajowe na mocy art. 20 rozporz\u0105dzenia podstawowego.<\/p>\n
