We zijn verheugd uw organisatie te mogen verwelkomen als nieuw lid van het LIFE-platform. Kunt u ons iets vertellen over uzelf, uw organisatie en het gebied waarin u vist?\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mijn naam is Evelina, ik ben de projectmanager van de organisatie \"European Association of Fishermen in the Black Sea\", waar vissers uit Roemeni\u00eb en Bulgarije deel van uitmaken. Sinds november 2017 zijn we lid van de Adviesraad van Vissers in de Zwarte Zee, als integraal en essentieel onderdeel van het proces om toekomstig beleid op te stellen, niet alleen op lokaal, maar ook op EU-niveau. Sinds 2020 zijn we ook lid van National Fishers Net in Bulgarije. Onze leden werken in de Zwarte Zee, de Dunay rivier (noordelijke grens tussen Bulgarije en Roemeni\u00eb) en alle interne rivieren en meren.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Sinds wanneer bestaat deze organisatie? Hoeveel vissers vertegenwoordigt uw vereniging en in welk gebied vist u?\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De organisatie werd geregistreerd in maart 2016 en we hebben nu 103 leden (commerci\u00eble kust- en binnenvisserij) met 46 boten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-20542\" src=\"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/IMG_0683-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/IMG_0683-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/IMG_0683-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/IMG_0683-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/IMG_0683-2048x1365.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/IMG_0683-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Kleinschalige vissers gebruiken een breed scala aan vistuig, aangepast aan de soorten en de seizoenen. Kunt u ons vertellen wat voor vistuig de vissers in uw gemeenschap gebruiken? Hoe groot zijn jullie boten en op welke soorten vissen jullie?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Onze vissers gebruiken verschillende vistuigen, afhankelijk van het seizoen en het soort vis dat ze zoeken. Deze omvatten haken en lijnen, vallen, kieuwnetten en warnetten. De boten die worden gebruikt zijn tot 12 meter lang en de belangrijkste soorten zijn harder, sprot, sprot, zwarte zee elft, blauwbaars, horsmakreel, rode harder, Atlantische bonito, zwarte zee ansjovis, tarbot, zeeduivel, zwarte zee gestreepte haai, poon, tongschar en schol.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Het Zwarte Zeegebied is een vrij nieuw gebied voor LIFE. Kunt u ons meer vertellen over de regio en hoe de oorlog tussen Rusland en Oekra\u00efne het werk van de SSF be\u00efnvloedt?\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De Zwarte Zee ligt in een gebied met de geografische co\u00f6rdinaten 40\u00b055.5\u2032 noorderbreedte en 46\u00b032.5\u2032 noorderbreedte en 27\u00b027\u2032 oosterlengte en 41\u00b042\u2032 oosterlengte. In het noordelijke deel, door de Straat van Kertsj, is het verbonden met de Zee van Azov, en in het zuiden, door de Bosporus en de Straat van Dardanellen, met de Zee van Marmara en de Ege\u00efsche Zee. De totale oppervlakte is ongeveer 423 duizend km2 en samen met de oppervlakte van de Zee van Azov is dit 460 duizend km2.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wat de oorlog betreft, zijn zeemijnen onze grootste directe bedreiging in de Zwarte Zee vanwege de oorlog van Rusland tegen Oekra\u00efne. Aan het begin van de oorlog in 2022 werden de explosieven die opdoken in het watergebied en aan de kusten van Roemeni\u00eb, Bulgarije en Turkije niet geactiveerd, maar in de afgelopen maanden zijn er vaker incidenten geweest waarbij burgerschepen beschadigd raakten. Aanvallen op tankers in de Zwarte Zee zijn ook gepaard gegaan met olielekkages met aanzienlijke milieuschade voor alle kuststaten, waardoor onze visserij is aangetast.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>De belangrijkste missie van LIFE is om de sector een stem te geven op Europees en institutioneel niveau, maar ook om vissers te ondersteunen bij het overwinnen van hun uitdagingen in het veld. Kunt u ons meer vertellen over de belangrijkste zorgen van de vissers in uw regio? Wat zijn de huidige gevechten waar uw gemeenschap bij betrokken is?\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Onze strijd is waarschijnlijk vergelijkbaar met die van veel andere visserijorganisaties in andere regio's. Generatievernieuwing en het behoud van een economisch duurzame vloot is onze belangrijkste zorg. Enkele werkgebieden waar we via onze organisatie bij betrokken zijn geweest, zijn het verstrekken van informatie over beschikbare fondsen voor vissers en belangrijke updates in de wetgeving die hen aangaat. We werken ook samen met de lokale autoriteiten en scholen om kleinschalige visserij en de economische kansen die deze biedt voor de ontwikkeling van kleine nederzettingen te promoten. We hebben ook thematische evenementen georganiseerd om de visserij te promoten en belanghebbenden uit andere sectoren, zoals ecologisch toerisme, hierbij te betrekken.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Op dit moment richten we ons vooral op het aantrekken van meer actieve jongeren en organisaties als lid van de vereniging. We moeten onze activiteiten op alle bestuurlijke niveaus promoten. We proberen ook nauw samen te werken met de toeristische sector om de lokale vangsten in restaurants te promoten en de waarde van onze lokale SSF-vissersvloot te communiceren. En wat verwacht u van het lidmaatschap van LIFE?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We willen graag samenwerken met soortgelijke organisaties en leren van hun ervaringen. Het was bijvoorbeeld erg nuttig voor onze leden om een paar jaar geleden een bezoek te brengen aan de East Hastings Sea Angling Association in Hastings en Eastborn in het Verenigd Koninkrijk en van hun ervaring te leren. We waren vooral onder de indruk van de sociale maatregelen die worden genomen om oudere vissers en hun gezinnen te helpen en van hun verkoopregeling van hun vangsten.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We zouden graag zien dat LIFE ons helpt met nuttige tips over hoe we de quota en minimummaten van vangsten beter kunnen reguleren en vissers kunnen ondersteunen bij het geven van waarde aan hun vangsten. We kijken ook uit naar de mogelijkheid om projecten en partnerschappen te ontwikkelen met andere landen aan de Middellandse Zee en de Zwarte Zee.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Allereerst, welkom bij LIFE!
