Van alle subsectoren, seg\u00fan las estad\u00edsticas del Gobierno Balear, is die van de pesca waar de aanwezigheid van de vrouw minder groot is, met als resultaat slechts 2% voor de vrouwen die in de havens werken en 7% voor de vrouwen die in de sector pesquero werken.<\/p>\n<p>La consejera de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentaci\u00f3n, Mae de la Concha abri\u00f3 la jornada explicando la importancia de reforzar el liderazgo y la visibilidad de las mujeres en los sectores que comprenden el sector primario. \"Las mujeres siempre han estado, pero no como titulares de explotaciones, como propietarias, como asalariadas de pleno derecho, ni est\u00e1n en muchas listas de la seguridad social, y a menudo tienen unas pensiones rid\u00edculas, despu\u00e9s de toda una vida de trabajo, no s\u00f3lo en el campo y el mar, sino tambi\u00e9n ocup\u00e1ndose de la casa y de la familia\".<\/p>\n<p>De t\u00e9cnica van LIFE EN Baleares, Anna Masdeu Lalanza, nam deel aan de eerste ronde over de liderazgo de mujeres in de primaire sector en gaf haar visie op de rol van de vrouw in de visserijsector van de Mediterr\u00e1neo, evenals haar ervaring als vrouw in de landbouw- en visserijsector, waarin zij haar carri\u00e8re als professional heeft uitgeoefend.<\/p>\n<p>Pescadoras van Ibiza en Menorca gaven hun getuigenis, waarbij ze zich bewust werden van de noodzaak om de tijden van het vissen met de familie te delen of om te kunnen beschikken over sociale of economische hulp om deze productieve activiteit te kunnen blijven uitoefenen.<\/p>\n<p>El director general de Pesca de Baleares, Joan Mercant, el presidente de la federaci\u00f3n Balear de cofrad\u00edas de pescadores, Domingo Bonin en el presidente de la federaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola de cofrad\u00edas de pescadores, Basilio Ortega, hebben samen de rol van de vrouw in de sector pesquero gewaardeerd.<\/p>\n<p>La jefa de gabinete de la Consejer\u00eda de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentaci\u00f3n, Mar Mas, presenteerde het Plan de Igualdad de las Islas Baleares als een hulpmiddel voor de co\u00f6peraties, cofrad\u00edas de pescadores en organizaciones agrarias om de participatie en aanwezigheid van vrouwen in de besluitvorming in de primaire sector op de Balearen te bevorderen.<\/p>\n<p>Ze hebben de premies van het II concurso de fotografia \"De la mar y la tierra\" opnieuw gewonnen en in de categorie visvangst, drie premies voor de jonge vissers van Ciudadela (Menorca).<\/p>\n<p>Meer informatie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=TGwPm-W3kD0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<!--themify_builder_content-->\n<div id=\"themify_builder_content-18874\" data-postid=\"18874\" class=\"themify_builder_content themify_builder_content-18874 themify_builder tf_clear\">\n    <\/div>\n<!--\/themify_builder_content-->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El d\u00eda 15 de octubre se celebrabraci\u00f3n el Dia Internacional de la Mujer Rural y el Gobierno Balear se sum\u00f3 a la celebraci\u00f3n organizando la primera Jornada del Plan de Igualdad de las Islas Baleares (Espa\u00f1a).
