l'alloro, tenendo il tutto a fuoco basso.<\/li><li>Lessare le patate e le verdure. Nel frattempo, se necessario, tenere il pesce in caldo nel forno.<\/li><li>Sciogliere il burro in una padella e mescolare la farina finch\u00e9 la salsa non si addensa.<\/li><li>Aggiungere la scorza del pesce e la senape a piacere e mescolare bene.
