Noi, le imprese e le associazioni imprenditoriali sottoscritte, chiediamo l'adozione urgente di una legge europea sul ripristino della natura ambiziosa e giuridicamente vincolante per riportare la natura in Europa. La legge europea sul ripristino della natura sar\u00e0 uno strumento fondamentale per affrontare le crisi del clima e della biodiversit\u00e0 e per garantire la sostenibilit\u00e0 e la vitalit\u00e0 a lungo termine della nostra societ\u00e0 ed economia.\"<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A che punto \u00e8 la legge sulla restaurazione della natura?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Come promemoria, dopo il Consiglio <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwf.eu\/?10991966\/Member-States-to-European-Parliament-Europe-needs-a-Nature-Restoration-Law\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ha concordato la sua posizione<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sulla legge nel giugno di quest'anno e la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwf.eu\/?11286466\/Weber-fails-to-derail-EU-Green-Deal-but-Parliament-agrees-to-a-weakened-Nature-Restoration-Law\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parlamento<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a luglio hanno preso il via i negoziati interistituzionali (detti anche \"triloghi\") sul testo finale. Il 9 novembre, i negoziatori del Parlamento, della Commissione e del Consiglio <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwf.eu\/wwf_news\/media_centre\/?12188966\/Nature-Restoration-Law\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hanno raggiunto un accordo provvisorio<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sul testo finale della legge. Pur essendo sollevati da questo accordo, vista la feroce opposizione alla legge di cui siamo stati testimoni all'inizio di quest'anno, vorremmo che fosse pi\u00f9 ambizioso e in linea con ci\u00f2 che la scienza ci dice essere necessario per affrontare le emergenze del clima e della biodiversit\u00e0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per diventare realt\u00e0 (il che \u00e8 necessario per non ritardare i tanto necessari lavori di restauro), la legislazione ha bisogno di altri due voti di sostegno nel Parlamento europeo, nella commissione ENVI il 29 novembre e durante la votazione in plenaria (probabilmente all'inizio del prossimo anno), e dell'adozione finale da parte della maggioranza degli Stati membri dell'UE.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All'inizio di quest'anno, la Commissione europea ha pubblicato un pacchetto di comunicazioni (\"Un patto per la pesca e gli oceani\") che contiene proposte per affrontare la decarbonizzazione (comunicazione sulla transizione energetica), la biodiversit\u00e0 e il ripristino degli habitat (comunicazione sul piano d'azione per l'ambiente marino), una comunicazione sull'attuazione della politica comune della pesca e una relazione sul regolamento sull'organizzazione comune dei mercati (COM).
