{"id":19957,"date":"2022-12-06T21:07:29","date_gmt":"2022-12-06T21:07:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/?p=19957"},"modified":"2022-12-09T16:59:58","modified_gmt":"2022-12-09T16:59:58","slug":"the-foodnected-community-of-practice-in-lemporda-is-born-to-join-forces-of-small-scale-fishers-restaurants-community-supported-schemes-and-other-key-players-towards-fairer-and-more-sust","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/it\/the-foodnected-community-of-practice-in-lemporda-is-born-to-join-forces-of-small-scale-fishers-restaurants-community-supported-schemes-and-other-key-players-towards-fairer-and-more-sust\/","title":{"rendered":"La \"Foodnected Community of Practice in l'Empord\u00e0\" \u00e8 nata per unire le forze di pescatori su piccola scala, ristoranti, programmi sostenuti dalla comunit\u00e0 e altri attori chiave verso sistemi alimentari pi\u00f9 equi e sostenibili nel territorio."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">25 novembre 2022, Sant Mart\u00ed Emp\u00faries (Catalogna, Spagna)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una ventina di persone dell'Empord\u00e0, tra cui pescatori artigianali, chef, ristoratori, programmi sostenuti dalla comunit\u00e0, il movimento dell'Economia Solidale e ONG locali come \"The Sepia Project\", si sono riunite per formare il \"Progetto Sepia\".<strong>Comunit\u00e0 di pratica Foodnected a l'Empord\u00e0<\/strong>\", un'iniziativa promossa da <a href=\"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/it\/\"><strong>Pescatori d'Europa a basso impatto<\/strong><\/a> e i suoi membri <strong>Arti Menors Costa Brava<\/strong>, come parte del <a href=\"https:\/\/foodnected.org\/\">Foodnected<\/a> Progetto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/foodnected.org\/\">Foodnected<\/a> \u00e8 il risultato degli sforzi collettivi di diverse organizzazioni con l'intento di contribuire a trasformare l'attuale sistema alimentare del Mediterraneo in uno pi\u00f9 equo e sostenibile. Il progetto ha quindi contribuito a facilitare l'emergere di sistemi alimentari a filiera corta, sia a terra che in mare, che lavorano per la natura e per le persone, unendo produttori e consumatori attraverso Comunit\u00e0 di Pratica locali, fondate su <a href=\"https:\/\/foodnected.org\/core-values\/\">valori condivisi<\/a>. Il progetto ha coinvolto diversi siti pilota nel Mediterraneo, tra cui quello di L'Empord\u00e0, dove ha contribuito concretamente alla creazione di un'area di sosta per i bambini. <a href=\"https:\/\/empescat.cat\/\">Empesca't<\/a>Il progetto \u00e8 un sistema di vendita diretta e un marchio di qualit\u00e0, sostenibilit\u00e0 e commercio equo e solidale dei prodotti dei piccoli pescatori dell'Estartit e funziona in modo soddisfacente dallo scorso giugno. Allo stesso tempo, \u00e8 stato riunito un gruppo di attori chiave all'interno della catena del valore locale dell'Empord\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'incontro del 25 \u00e8 stato il primo incontro costitutivo di questa Comunit\u00e0 di Pratica, in cui non solo si \u00e8 celebrata la nascita di Empesca't in modo pi\u00f9 ufficiale, ma \u00e8 stato anche uno spazio per gli attori che rendono possibile questo modello per conoscersi e riflettere insieme, ora come gruppo, sui prossimi passi e sulla tabella di marcia per raggiungere un sistema alimentare pi\u00f9 equo e sostenibile nella zona dell'Empord\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\"Quest'estate abbiamo lanciato questo marchio e ora abbiamo bisogno della collaborazione di tutti, per questo diciamo che Empesca't non cerca solo clienti, che possano servire i nostri prodotti, ma collaboratori che possano farsi portavoce presso i consumatori di ci\u00f2 che facciamo in mare\", dice Isaac Moya, pescatore artigianale e uno dei fondatori di Empesca't.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\"Da LIFE abbiamo contribuito a rendere Empesca't una realt\u00e0 e siamo molto orgogliosi del lavoro svolto dai pescatori.
