La sua visione \u00e8 quella di unire produttori e consumatori attraverso una comunit\u00e0 di pratica fondata su valori condivisi. Riducendo la distanza tra produttori e consumatori e sviluppando un codice etico di valori ambientali e sociali per il modo in cui il cibo viene prodotto e consumato, il progetto affronter\u00e0 le carenze del sistema di mercato prevalente e invertir\u00e0 l'ingiusta situazione in cui versano i piccoli produttori.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-18148 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Small-scale-fish-catch-Baleaaric-Islands-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Small-scale-fish-catch-Baleaaric-Islands-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Small-scale-fish-catch-Baleaaric-Islands-1024x576.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>\"Ottenere un accesso equo alle risorse e ai mercati \u00e8 una lotta fondamentale per i piccoli pescatori a basso impatto che costituiscono la maggior parte della flotta europea. Crediamo che lavorare insieme ad altri sia essenziale per ottenere un cambiamento positivo e significativo nei nostri sistemi alimentari. Per essere redditizi, i pescatori devono essere ricompensati per il valore aggiunto dalle loro buone pratiche.
