{"id":20641,"date":"2024-04-05T12:28:00","date_gmt":"2024-04-05T12:28:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/?p=20641"},"modified":"2024-04-05T14:40:11","modified_gmt":"2024-04-05T14:40:11","slug":"quotas-de-thon-rouge-un-pas-de-plus-vers-une-repartition-equitable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/hr\/quotas-de-thon-rouge-un-pas-de-plus-vers-une-repartition-equitable\/","title":{"rendered":"Kvote za plavoperajnu tunu: korak bli\u017ee pravednoj raspodjeli?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PRIOP\u0106ENJE ZA MEDIJE<br \/>\n5. travnja 2024.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grupa koju \u010dine Syndicat des Petits M\u00e9tiers d&#039;Occitanie, Plateforme de la petite p\u00eache artisanale, Low Impact Fishers of Europe (LIFE), Comit\u00e9 d\u00e9partemental des p\u00eaches du VAR i Prud&#039;homie des p\u00eacheurs de la Ciotat (Bouches du Rh\u00f4ne) pozdravila je odluku Upravnog \u017ealbenog suda (ACA) u Toulouseu od 28. o\u017eujka kojom je potvr\u0111eno poni\u0161tenje ministarske naredbe kojom se utvr\u0111uju aran\u017emani za raspodjelu kvote za plavoperajnu tunu dodijeljene Francuskoj za 2017. godinu. Vi\u0161e od 7 godina nakon \u0161to je sud osporio zakonitost raspodjele kvote za plavoperajnu tunu (Thunnus thynnus), grupa nije \u010dekala uzalud.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nakon po\u010detne presude u njegovu korist u lipnju 2021., nakon koje je uslijedila \u017ealba koju je dr\u017eava podnijela u rujnu 2021., ovaj rezultat budi nade mnogih malih ribara koji se suo\u010davaju s nepodno\u0161ljivom situacijom u pogledu raspodjele ribolovnih kvota. Veliki brodovi \u010desto monopoliziraju kvote, ostavljaju\u0107i male ribare s malo ili nimalo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ACA je jednostavno potvrdio presudu suda u Montpellieru iz 2021.: \u010clanak L. 921-2 francuskog Zakonika o ruralnom i pomorskom ribolovu nema pravnu osnovu. Njime se ure\u0111uje dodjela ribolovnih mogu\u0107nosti na temelju tri kriterija, i to dosada\u0161njih rezultata proizvo\u0111a\u010da, tr\u017ei\u0161nih trendova i ekonomske ravnote\u017ee, zanemaruju\u0107i integraciju ekolo\u0161kog kriterija u nacionalne tekstove koje zahtijevaju europski propisi, a posebno \u010dlanak 17. Zajedni\u010dke ribarstvene politike, koji navodi da \u2019dr\u017eave \u010dlanice moraju koristiti transparentne i objektivne kriterije, uklju\u010duju\u0107i ekolo\u0161ke, dru\u0161tvene i ekonomske kriterije.\u201c.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Slu\u010daj plavoperajne tune posebno je simbol ove nepravedne situacije, s nacionalnom kvotom od gotovo 7000 tona koja je gotovo u potpunosti preraspodijeljena mediteranskom industrijskom ribolovu za izvoz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zahvaljuju\u0107i velikim naporima u upravljanju, stok plavoperajne tune oporavlja se posljednjih 10 godina i danas si mo\u017eemo samo \u010destitati na njegovom dobrom stanju. Taj pozitivan trend doveo je do pove\u0107anja francuske kvote s 3226 tona u 2017. na 6693 tone u 2024.
