Mi, dolje potpisana poduze\u0107a i poslovna udru\u017eenja, pozivamo na hitno dono\u0161enje ambicioznog i pravno obvezuju\u0107eg zakona EU-a o obnovi prirode kako bi se priroda vratila u Europu. Zakon EU-a o obnovi prirode bit \u0107e klju\u010dni alat za rje\u0161avanje klimatskih kriza i krize bioraznolikosti te za jam\u010denje dugoro\u010dne odr\u017eivosti i odr\u017eivosti na\u0161eg dru\u0161tva i gospodarstva.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Gdje je status Zakona o obnovi prirode?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podsje\u0107amo, nakon Vije\u0107a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwf.eu\/?10991966\/Member-States-to-European-Parliament-Europe-needs-a-Nature-Restoration-Law\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">slo\u017eio se oko svog stava<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o zakonu u lipnju ove godine i <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwf.eu\/?11286466\/Weber-fails-to-derail-EU-Green-Deal-but-Parliament-agrees-to-a-weakened-Nature-Restoration-Law\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parlament<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> U srpnju su zapo\u010deli me\u0111uinstitucionalni pregovori (tako\u0111er nazvani \u2018trijalozi\u2019) o kona\u010dnom tekstu. Dana 9. studenoga pregovara\u010di iz Parlamenta, Komisije i Vije\u0107a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwf.eu\/wwf_news\/media_centre\/?12188966\/Nature-Restoration-Law\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">postignut je privremeni dogovor<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o kona\u010dnom tekstu zakona. Iako smo s olak\u0161anjem vidjeli ovaj dogovor, s obzirom na \u017eestoko protivljenje zakonu kojem smo svjedo\u010dili ranije ove godine, voljeli bismo da je ambiciozniji i u skladu s onim \u0161to nam znanost govori da je potrebno za rje\u0161avanje klimatskih i bioraznolikih kriza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Da bi postao stvarnost (\u0161to je potrebno kako se ne bi odgodili prijeko potrebni radovi na obnovi), zakonu su potrebna jo\u0161 dva glasa podr\u0161ke u Europskom parlamentu, u Odboru ENVI 29. studenog i tijekom plenarnog glasovanja (vjerojatno po\u010detkom sljede\u0107e godine), te kona\u010dno usvajanje od strane ve\u0107ine dr\u017eava \u010dlanica EU-a.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ranije ove godine, Europska komisija objavila je komunikacijski paket (\u201cPakt za ribarstvo i oceane\u201c) u kojem su navedeni prijedlozi za rje\u0161avanje dekarbonizacije (Komunikacija o energetskoj tranziciji), bioraznolikosti i obnove stani\u0161ta (Komunikacija o akcijskom planu za more), Komunikacija o provedbi zajedni\u010dke ribarstvene politike) i izvje\u0161\u0107e o uredbi o zajedni\u010dkoj organizaciji tr\u017ei\u0161ta (COM).
