Uz podr\u0161ku Zaklade Velux, i\u0161ao sam na ribolov u Ronneby s Bengtom Larssonom, direktorom u LIFE-u i aktivnim ribarima, te na festival Balti\u010dkog mora u ju\u017enoj \u0160vedskoj.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bengt me je svojim 5-metarskim plovilom odveo iz luke Ronneby na ljetni ribolov grge\u010da u lokalnim vodama koje se prote\u017eu u obli\u017enji arhipelag i na kraju prema jugu do Bornholma. Prethodne no\u0107i je postavio mre\u017ee, na razli\u010ditim dubinama i s razli\u010ditim veli\u010dinama oka, a mi smo rano iza\u0161li da ih izvadimo.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19914\" src=\"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"597\" height=\"640\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-1.png 597w, https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-1-280x300.png 280w, https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-1-11x12.png 11w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 597px) 100vw, 597px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Iako je ulov grge\u010da bio u redu, postojale su velike razlike u ulovu ovisno o dubini, a najve\u0107a mre\u017ea bila je daleko najve\u0107i pobjednik. Tako\u0111er smo ulovili nekoliko \u017eohara koji su bili rezervirani za lokalnu obitelj za koju je znao da \u0107e ih htjeti. Zatim je do\u0161lo vrijeme za filetiranje grge\u010da, koji su bili za narud\u017ebu u restoranu, a ostaci su ukiseljeni s octom i lukom. Ni\u0161ta se nije bacilo, a poslu\u017eeno je bilo i nekoliko tr\u017enica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovo kratko putovanje pokazalo je poduzetni\u010dku vje\u0161tinu i prilagodljivost potrebne malim ribarima za uspjeh. Na Baltiku, gdje Bengt radi, na snazi je, na primjer, ljetna zabrana ribolova do 1. kolovoza za vrste poput bakalara i iverka. To zna\u010di da selektivne vr\u0161ne klopke za bakalar i pontonske klopke u koje je ulo\u017eio moraju pri\u010dekati. Vrste izvan kvote poput grge\u010da nude alternativu, kao i inovacije poput dimljene \u0161tuke.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19915\" src=\"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"572\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-2.png 640w, https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-2-300x268.png 300w, https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-2-13x12.png 13w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kao i za male ribare diljem Europe, pove\u0107anje tro\u0161kova goriva predstavlja neposredan problem, ali najve\u0107i problem ostaje osiguranje pristupa ribarstvu. Bengt lovi niz vrsta na razli\u010ditim lokacijama tijekom cijele godine i izravno opskrbljuje potro\u0161a\u010de svje\u017eim i proizvodima s dodanom vrijedno\u0161\u0107u, ali pristup je i dalje klju\u010dno pitanje koje je uve\u0107ano utjecajem vrlo velikog segmenta pelagi\u010dnog ko\u0107arstva.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kona\u010dno, Bengt me odveo da pogledam sporedni projekt u koji je uklju\u010den s upravom arhipelaga Blekinge za borbu protiv eutrofikacije. Projekt uzgoja dagnji gradi mre\u017eu dagnji pod vodom preko mre\u017ee ozna\u010dene pluta\u010dama.
