\"\"Italija, o\u017eujak <\/strong>4., 2021. \u2013<\/strong> Foodnected, novi projekt osmi\u0161ljen za promicanje prijelaza na odr\u017eive i pravedne prehrambene sustave u mediteranskoj regiji, bit \u0107e pokrenut 10. o\u017eujka na virtualnom doga\u0111aju u sklopu me\u0111unarodnog festivala Terra Madre Salone del Gusto, objavili su danas projektni partneri Slow Food, Global Footprint Network, Low Impact Fishers of Europe (LIFE) i GOB Menorca.<\/p>\n

\u201cNakon \u0161to smo se godinama trudili naglasiti va\u017enost obrazovanja i podi\u0107i svijest potro\u0161a\u010da o vrijednosti njihove hrane i njihovoj povezanosti s ljudima koji je proizvode, uzbu\u0111eni smo \u0161to sura\u0111ujemo s organizacijama za odr\u017eivi ribolov i poljoprivredu kako bismo napredovali prema svijetu u kojem se svi akteri mogu udru\u017eiti kroz zajedni\u010dke inicijative kako bi pobolj\u0161ali me\u0111usobne \u017eivote kroz bitan aspekt onoga \u0161to zna\u010di biti \u010dovjek: hranu koju odabiremo konzumirati ne samo da bismo nahranili svoja tijela, ve\u0107 i njegovali svoj duh i zajednice\u2019, rekla je Paula Barbeito, koordinatorica Foodnecteda u Slow Foodu.<\/p>\n

Foodnected, koji financira MAVA Foundation tijekom dvogodi\u0161njeg razdoblja, ima za cilj \u201cPovezivanje ljudi i prirode oko lokalnih, pravednih i odr\u017eivih prehrambenih sustava\u201d. Skra\u0107ivanjem udaljenosti izme\u0111u proizvo\u0111a\u010da i potro\u0161a\u010da te razvojem eti\u010dkog kodeksa ekolo\u0161kih i dru\u0161tvenih vrijednosti za na\u010din proizvodnje i konzumiranja hrane, projekt \u0107e se pozabaviti nedostacima u prevladavaju\u0107em tr\u017ei\u0161nom sustavu i preokrenuti nepravednu situaciju s kojom se suo\u010davaju mali proizvo\u0111a\u010di.<\/p>\n

\"\"\u201cOstvarivanje pravednog pristupa resursima i tr\u017ei\u0161tima temeljna je borba za male ribare s niskim utjecajem na okoli\u0161 koji \u010dine ve\u0107inu europske flote. Vjerujemo da je suradnja s drugima klju\u010dna za postizanje pozitivnih i zna\u010dajnih promjena u na\u0161im prehrambenim sustavima. Da bi bili odr\u017eivi, ribari moraju biti nagra\u0111eni za vrijednost koju dodaju kroz svoje dobre prakse. S druge strane, potro\u0161a\u010di moraju mo\u0107i lako prepoznati odr\u017eive, zdrave i po\u0161tene proizvode te znati njihovu pri\u010du kako bi ih mogli cijeniti i odabrati\u201d, rekao je izvr\u0161ni tajnik programa LIFE Brian O'Riordan.<\/p>\n
