{"id":7169,"date":"2016-12-02T14:24:44","date_gmt":"2016-12-02T14:24:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/?p=7169"},"modified":"2016-12-02T14:42:50","modified_gmt":"2016-12-02T14:42:50","slug":"correspondence-vella-tuna-quota","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/fr\/correspondence-vella-tuna-quota\/","title":{"rendered":"Correspondance avec Vella sur le quota de thon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Attribution du quota de thon rouge artisanal : La commissaire Vella s'engage \u00e0 aborder r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement cette question avec les \u00c9tats membres afin de s'assurer que les dispositions de la PCP relatives \u00e0 une r\u00e9partition \u00e9quitable des quotas sont correctement appliqu\u00e9es.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans un <strong>\u00e9change de lettres entre LIFE et le commissaire Vella<\/strong> concernant l'attribution d'un quota de thon rouge r\u00e9serv\u00e9 et non transf\u00e9rable aux petits p\u00eacheurs \u00e0 la ligne juste avant et apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9union annuelle de la CICTA \u00e0 Vilamoura, au Portugal, du 14 au 21 novembre, le commissaire Vella a expliqu\u00e9 que la CICTA d\u00e9cide de l'attribution des quotas de thon rouge entre les parties contractantes (CPC), <strong>et non sur la r\u00e9partition de ces quotas entre les diff\u00e9rents secteurs d'une m\u00eame CPC<\/strong>.
