En avril 2026, la Commission a lanc\u00e9 une consultation publique pour contribuer \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner la loi europ\u00e9enne sur l'oc\u00e9an<\/a>, une proposition l\u00e9gislative cl\u00e9 dans le cadre du Pacte europ\u00e9en pour les oc\u00e9ans dont l'adoption est pr\u00e9vue pour 2026. La loi sur les oc\u00e9ans vise \u00e0 renforcer la gouvernance des oc\u00e9ans dans l'UE, servant de point de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence unique pour tous les objectifs \u00e9conomiques, climatiques, environnementaux et sociaux con\u00e7us pour prot\u00e9ger et utiliser durablement les ressources oc\u00e9aniques.<\/p>\n
