L'avant-projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 aux membres du Conseil consultatif de la mer Baltique en septembre 2024 pour consultation.<\/p>\n<p>Des stocks de harengs sains sont essentiels pour l'\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de la mer Baltique, mais des tendances n\u00e9gatives ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9es dans toutes les subdivisions de la mer Baltique le long de la c\u00f4te su\u00e9doise. Il s'agit notamment d'un d\u00e9clin de la structure par \u00e2ge et par taille, ainsi que de r\u00e9ductions de la biomasse et de l'abondance. Ce projet scientifique vise \u00e0 \u00e9valuer si des mesures de gestion spatiale de la p\u00eache pourraient am\u00e9liorer l'\u00e9tat des stocks de harengs le long de la c\u00f4te su\u00e9doise.<\/p>\n<p>Une zone d'\u00e9tude propos\u00e9e dans la mer Baltique centrale permettra de tester les restrictions de p\u00eache annuelles impos\u00e9es aux navires de l'Union utilisant des engins remorqu\u00e9s pour les stocks p\u00e9lagiques, avec une exemption pour les navires de moins de 24 m\u00e8tres ciblant les poissons destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la consommation humaine directe. En tant que mission du gouvernement su\u00e9dois, le projet se concentrera sur les p\u00eacheries su\u00e9doises et proposera des r\u00e9glementations de p\u00eache \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre en tant que mesures nationales au titre de l'article 20 du r\u00e8glement de base.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet vise \u00e0 \u00e9valuer l'efficacit\u00e9 des mesures de gestion spatiale de la p\u00eache et, en cas de succ\u00e8s, \u00e0 proposer comment ces mesures pourraient contribuer \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 des stocks de harengs dans la mer Baltique.
