Nous, les entreprises et associations d'entreprises soussign\u00e9es, appelons \u00e0 l'adoption urgente d'une loi europ\u00e9enne ambitieuse et juridiquement contraignante sur la restauration de la nature afin de ramener la nature en Europe. La loi europ\u00e9enne sur la restauration de la nature sera un outil essentiel pour faire face aux crises du climat et de la biodiversit\u00e9 et pour garantir la durabilit\u00e9 et la viabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et de notre \u00e9conomie.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>O\u00f9 en est la loi sur la restauration de la nature ?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour rappel, apr\u00e8s le Conseil <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwf.eu\/?10991966\/Member-States-to-European-Parliament-Europe-needs-a-Nature-Restoration-Law\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s'est mis d'accord sur sa position<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sur la loi en juin de cette ann\u00e9e et le <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwf.eu\/?11286466\/Weber-fails-to-derail-EU-Green-Deal-but-Parliament-agrees-to-a-weakened-Nature-Restoration-Law\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parlement<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> En juillet, les n\u00e9gociations interinstitutionnelles (\u00e9galement appel\u00e9es \"trilogues\") sur le texte final ont d\u00e9marr\u00e9. Le 9 novembre, les n\u00e9gociateurs du Parlement, de la Commission, et du Conseil <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwf.eu\/wwf_news\/media_centre\/?12188966\/Nature-Restoration-Law\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a conclu un accord provisoire<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sur le texte final de la loi. Bien que nous soyons soulag\u00e9s de voir cet accord, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 l'opposition farouche \u00e0 la loi dont nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 t\u00e9moins au d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e, nous aurions souhait\u00e9 qu'il soit plus ambitieux et conforme \u00e0 ce que la science nous dit \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire pour faire face aux urgences en mati\u00e8re de climat et de biodiversit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour devenir r\u00e9alit\u00e9 (ce qui est n\u00e9cessaire pour ne pas retarder les travaux de restauration indispensables), la l\u00e9gislation doit encore faire l'objet de deux votes de soutien au Parlement europ\u00e9en, au sein de la commission ENVI le 29 novembre et lors du vote en s\u00e9ance pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re (probablement au d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e prochaine), et d'une adoption finale par une majorit\u00e9 d'\u00c9tats membres de l'UE.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au d\u00e9but de cette ann\u00e9e, la Commission europ\u00e9enne a publi\u00e9 un paquet de communications (\"Un pacte pour la p\u00eache et les oc\u00e9ans\") contenant des propositions relatives \u00e0 la d\u00e9carbonisation (communication sur la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique), \u00e0 la biodiversit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la restauration des habitats (communication sur un plan d'action pour le milieu marin), une communication sur la mise en \u0153uvre de la politique commune de la p\u00eache et un rapport sur le r\u00e8glement relatif \u00e0 l'organisation commune des march\u00e9s (OCM).
