La \u00faltima reforma de la PPC suscit\u00f3 dicha pol\u00e9mica, pero rechaz\u00f3 la imposici\u00f3n de Concesiones de Pesca Transferibles (CPT) obligatorias, que son las CIT con otro nombre. Sin embargo, <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Las CPT siguen siendo parte integrante de la PPC reformada y Suecia est\u00e1 dispuesta a establecer un sistema de CIT para la pesca demersal en el B\u00e1ltico y el Mar del Norte en enero de 2017.<\/strong><\/span> Esto puede animar a otros a seguir su ejemplo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">No cabe duda de que unos derechos de pesca claramente definidos, tanto individuales como colectivos, establecidos de forma justa, objetiva y transparente, y revocables por el Estado, son beneficiosos para todos.
