Celebramos este \u00e9xito, pero subrayamos que basarse \u00fanicamente en las capturas hist\u00f3ricas para asignar las cuotas sigue excluyendo a la mayor\u00eda de los pescadores artesanales y de bajo impacto.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"1144\">Instamos al Ministro a que ajuste las normas de asignaci\u00f3n para que la flota artesanal -vital para las comunidades locales y la gesti\u00f3n marina- pueda acceder por fin a este recurso emblem\u00e1tico.
