Nosotros, las empresas y asociaciones empresariales abajo firmantes, pedimos la adopci\u00f3n urgente de una Ley de Restauraci\u00f3n de la Naturaleza de la UE ambiciosa y jur\u00eddicamente vinculante para devolver la naturaleza a Europa. La Ley de Restauraci\u00f3n de la Naturaleza de la UE ser\u00e1 una herramienta clave para hacer frente a nuestras crisis clim\u00e1tica y de biodiversidad y para garantizar la sostenibilidad y viabilidad a largo plazo de nuestra sociedad y econom\u00eda.\"<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 punto se encuentra la Ley de Restauraci\u00f3n de la Naturaleza?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como recordatorio, tras el Consejo <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwf.eu\/?10991966\/Member-States-to-European-Parliament-Europe-needs-a-Nature-Restoration-Law\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">acord\u00f3 su posici\u00f3n<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sobre la ley en junio de este a\u00f1o y el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwf.eu\/?11286466\/Weber-fails-to-derail-EU-Green-Deal-but-Parliament-agrees-to-a-weakened-Nature-Restoration-Law\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parlamento<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> En julio, se iniciaron las negociaciones interinstitucionales (tambi\u00e9n llamadas \"tr\u00edlogos\") sobre el texto final. Aunque nos alivia ver este acuerdo, dada la feroz oposici\u00f3n a la ley de la que fuimos testigos a principios de a\u00f1o, desear\u00edamos que fuera m\u00e1s ambicioso y acorde con lo que la ciencia nos dice que es necesario para hacer frente a las emergencias clim\u00e1ticas y de biodiversidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para hacerse realidad (lo que es necesario para no retrasar las tan necesarias obras de restauraci\u00f3n), la legislaci\u00f3n necesita dos votos de apoyo m\u00e1s en el Parlamento Europeo, en la Comisi\u00f3n ENVI el 29 de noviembre y durante la votaci\u00f3n plenaria (probablemente a principios del a\u00f1o que viene), y la adopci\u00f3n final por parte de la mayor\u00eda de los Estados miembros de la UE.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A principios de este a\u00f1o, la Comisi\u00f3n Europea public\u00f3 un paquete de Comunicaciones (\"Un pacto por la pesca y los oc\u00e9anos\") en el que se esbozan propuestas para abordar la descarbonizaci\u00f3n (Comunicaci\u00f3n sobre la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica), la biodiversidad y la restauraci\u00f3n de h\u00e1bitats (Comunicaci\u00f3n sobre un plan de acci\u00f3n marina), una Comunicaci\u00f3n sobre la aplicaci\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica Pesquera Com\u00fan) y un informe sobre el reglamento de la Organizaci\u00f3n Com\u00fan de Mercados (OCM).
