{"id":19957,"date":"2022-12-06T21:07:29","date_gmt":"2022-12-06T21:07:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/?p=19957"},"modified":"2022-12-09T16:59:58","modified_gmt":"2022-12-09T16:59:58","slug":"the-foodnected-community-of-practice-in-lemporda-is-born-to-join-forces-of-small-scale-fishers-restaurants-community-supported-schemes-and-other-key-players-towards-fairer-and-more-sust","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/es\/the-foodnected-community-of-practice-in-lemporda-is-born-to-join-forces-of-small-scale-fishers-restaurants-community-supported-schemes-and-other-key-players-towards-fairer-and-more-sust\/","title":{"rendered":"Nace la \"Foodnected Community of Practice in l'Empord\u00e0\" para aunar esfuerzos de pescadores artesanales, restaurantes, sistemas de apoyo comunitario y otros actores clave hacia unos sistemas alimentarios m\u00e1s justos y sostenibles en el territorio."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">25 de noviembre de 2022, Sant Mart\u00ed Emp\u00faries (Catalu\u00f1a, Espa\u00f1a)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una veintena de personas de l'Empord\u00e0, entre pescadores artesanales, chefs, restauradores, planes de apoyo comunitario, el movimiento de Econom\u00eda Solidaria y ONG locales como \"The Sepia Project\" se han reunido para formar el \"<strong>Comunidad de Pr\u00e1cticas Foodnected en l'Empord\u00e0<\/strong>\", una iniciativa promovida por <a href=\"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/es\/\"><strong>Pescadores de bajo impacto de Europa<\/strong><\/a> y sus miembros <strong>Arts Menors Costa Brava<\/strong>como parte del <a href=\"https:\/\/foodnected.org\/\">Foodnected<\/a> Proyecto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/foodnected.org\/\">Foodnected<\/a> es el resultado de los esfuerzos colectivos de varias organizaciones con la intenci\u00f3n de ayudar a transformar el actual sistema alimentario del Mediterr\u00e1neo en uno m\u00e1s justo y sostenible. As\u00ed, el proyecto ha contribuido a facilitar la aparici\u00f3n de sistemas alimentarios de cadena corta, tanto en tierra como en el mar, que funcionan para la naturaleza y las personas, uniendo a productores y consumidores a trav\u00e9s de Comunidades de Pr\u00e1ctica locales, fundamentadas en <a href=\"https:\/\/foodnected.org\/core-values\/\">valores compartidos<\/a>. El proyecto ha abarcado varios lugares piloto en el Mediterr\u00e1neo, uno de ellos en l'Empord\u00e0, donde concretamente ha ayudado a la creaci\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/empescat.cat\/\">Empesca't<\/a>, un sistema de venta directa y una marca de calidad, sostenibilidad y comercio justo de los productos de los pescadores artesanales de l'Estartit y funciona satisfactoriamente desde el pasado mes de junio. Al mismo tiempo, se ha reunido a un grupo de actores clave dentro de la cadena de valor local de l'Empord\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El encuentro del d\u00eda 25 ha sido la primera reuni\u00f3n constitutiva de esta Comunidad de Pr\u00e1ctica, en la que no s\u00f3lo se celebr\u00f3 el nacimiento de Empesca't de una manera m\u00e1s oficial, sino que tambi\u00e9n fue un espacio para que los actores que hacen posible este modelo se conocieran y reflexionaran juntos, ahora como grupo, sobre los pr\u00f3ximos pasos y la hoja de ruta para conseguir un sistema alimentario m\u00e1s justo y sostenible en el Empord\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\"Este verano lanzamos esta marca y ahora necesitamos la colaboraci\u00f3n de todos, por eso decimos que Empesca't no busca s\u00f3lo clientes, que puedan servir nuestros productos, sino colaboradores para que sean nuestra voz ante los consumidores de lo que hacemos en el mar\", afirma Isaac Moya, pescador artesanal y uno de los fundadores de Empesca't.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\"Desde LIFE hemos ayudado a hacer realidad Empesca't y estamos muy orgullosos del trabajo realizado por los pescadores. Sin embargo, vimos que era necesario trabajar en generar la complicidad de una comunidad de personas de su entorno que entendieran y valoraran el valor a\u00f1adido de sus productos para asegurar su \u00e9xito y su viabilidad.
