Gracias a varias iniciativas destinadas a dar voz a los pescadores a peque\u00f1a escala en este proceso hist\u00f3rico,\u00a0<b>Los representantes de los pescadores a peque\u00f1a escala pudieron reunirse y participar en el proceso de consulta del \"Libro Verde\" en 2009 y 2010, y formar alianzas con muchas organizaciones afines.\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><b>Juntos\u00a0<\/b><strong>pide que se conceda acceso prioritario a los recursos pesqueros a quienes pescan de la manera m\u00e1s sostenible<\/strong>y por una reasignaci\u00f3n justa de los derechos de pesca a los pescadores de menor escala.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.entry-content -->\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.timeline-content -->\n\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.timeline-content-wrap -->\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li id=\"timeline-1\" class=\"timeline-post with-icon\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"module-timeline-date tf_box tf_textr\">\n\t\t\t\t\t  2012-2013\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i class=\"module-timeline-icon\" style=\"background-color:#51aece;\"><svg  class=\"tf_fa tf-ti-angle-double-down\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><use href=\"#tf-ti-angle-double-down\"><\/use><\/svg><\/i>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"module-timeline-content-wrap tf_box tf_right\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"module-timeline-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"module-timeline-title\">    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t   LA VIDA SE LANZA FORMALMENTE\t\t\t\t\t\t\t   \t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"entry-content\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <p><b>LIFE se puso en marcha en 2012 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en el primer Congreso Europeo de Pescadores Artesanales celebrado en Bruselas, y se consolid\u00f3 en un segundo Congreso en 2013 celebrado en Santiago.  Estas 2 reuniones sirvieron para reunir a los miembros fundadores de LIFE, establecer la direcci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de LIFE y definir <\/span><b>su visi\u00f3n y misi\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.entry-content -->\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.timeline-content -->\n\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.timeline-content-wrap impacto ante las instituciones europeas en Bruselas y<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">apoyar a las organizaciones nacionales que representan a los pescadores a peque\u00f1a escala.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.entry-content -->\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.timeline-content -->\n\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"entry-content\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <h4><strong>PROGRAMA PARA EL MAR B\u00c1LTICO Y EL MAR DEL NORTE<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LIFE recibe una subvenci\u00f3n \u00fanica de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea en el marco del programa <\/span><b>\"Proyecto piloto de medidas de apoyo a la pesca artesanal\", para establecer un programa de trabajo en el B\u00e1ltico y el Mar del Norte.\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un \u00e9xito importante fue la elecci\u00f3n de 5 organizaciones miembros de LIFE para el Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo de la\u00a0<\/span><b>Consejo Consultivo del Mar B\u00e1ltico (BSAC).<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La vida se convierte en\u00a0<\/span><b>reconocida por las instituciones europeas como la voz de los pescadores a peque\u00f1a escala a nivel de la UE\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y participa activamente en 6 de los 10 Consejos Consultivos<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>TERCER CONGRESO EUROPEO DE PESCADORES ARTESANALES<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LIFE organiza en Varsovia el Tercer Congreso de Pescadores Artesanales Europeos, que re\u00fane a representantes de todas sus organizaciones miembros. La reuni\u00f3n puso en marcha la estrategia \"paraguas\" de 10 a\u00f1os de LIFE. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>LIFE SE COMPROMETE A APOYAR LA LUCHA DE LAS MUJERES EN LA PESCA ARTESANAL<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><b>El Congreso tambi\u00e9n se comprometi\u00f3 a <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">trabajando en asociaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica con\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/akteaplatform.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AKTEA<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,\u00a0<\/span><b>la red europea de organizaciones de mujeres<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0en la pesca y la acuicultura.  LIFE se comprometi\u00f3 a apoyar un programa espec\u00edfico de mujeres en la pesca dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.entry-content -->\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.timeline-content -->\n\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.timeline-content-wrap -->\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li id=\"timeline-5\" class=\"timeline-post with-icon\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"module-timeline-date tf_box tf_textr\">\n\t\t\t\t\t  2018\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i class=\"module-timeline-icon\" style=\"background-color:#51aece;\"><svg  class=\"tf_fa tf-ti-angle-double-down\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><use href=\"#tf-ti-angle-double-down\"><\/use><\/svg><\/i>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"module-timeline-content-wrap tf_box tf_right\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"module-timeline-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"module-timeline-title\">    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t   REFUERZO DEL PROGRAMA MEDITERR\u00c1NEO\t\t\t\t\t\t\t   \t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"entry-content\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><b>Programa de Cuenca Mediterr\u00e1nea de la Fundaci\u00f3n MAVA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 y LIFE forman una asociaci\u00f3n de 3 a\u00f1os, reforzando en gran medida la capacidad de LIFE en esta importante cuenca mar\u00edtima.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LIFE participa y contribuye al proceso dirigido por la Comisi\u00f3n General de Pesca del Mediterr\u00e1neo (CGPM) para redactar el Plan de Acci\u00f3n Regional para la Pesca a Peque\u00f1a Escala en el Mediterr\u00e1neo y el Mar Negro (RPOA-SSF). LIFE se convierte en miembro fundador de la <strong>\"Amigos de la pesca artesanal\"<\/strong> en la CGPM, un grupo comprometido con el apoyo a la aplicaci\u00f3n del RPOA-SSF.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A finales de 2018, el Brexit hizo imprescindible que LIFE se trasladara a un Estado miembro de la UE y cerrara sus operaciones en el Reino Unido. LIFE se registra como asociaci\u00f3n sin \u00e1nimo de lucro (ASBL) en B\u00e9lgica.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.entry-content -->\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.timeline-content -->\n\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.timeline-content-wrap -->\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li id=\"timeline-6\" class=\"timeline-post with-icon\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"module-timeline-date tf_box tf_textr\">\n\t\t\t\t\t  2019\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i class=\"module-timeline-icon\" style=\"background-color:#51aece;\"><svg  class=\"tf_fa tf-ti-angle-double-down\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><use href=\"#tf-ti-angle-double-down\"><\/use><\/svg><\/i>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"module-timeline-content-wrap tf_box tf_right\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"module-timeline-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"module-timeline-title\">    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t   Creciendo\t\t\t\t\t\t\t   \t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"entry-content\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <h4><strong>SE PROH\u00cdBE LA PESCA DE ARRASTRE DE PULSOS<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tras una larga campa\u00f1a iniciada por LIFE en 2016, el Parlamento Europeo vota en el pleno\u00a0<\/span><b>prohibir la pesca con \"redes de arrastre de pulsos\" el\u00e9ctricas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>PLANIFICACI\u00d3N ESTRAT\u00c9GICA<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LIFE se embarca en una reflexi\u00f3n interna a trav\u00e9s de un proceso de revisi\u00f3n y planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica, involucrando a sus miembros y consultando a las diferentes partes interesadas.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>LIFE representa ahora a 33 miembros en 15 Estados miembros (que incorporan a unos 10.000 pescadores).<\/b><\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u00bfUN TRATO JUSTO PARA LA PESCA ARTESANAL?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Comisi\u00f3n Pech del Parlamento Europeo organiza un debate sobre \"<\/span><b>Un trato justo para <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0pescadores artesanales y costeros de peque\u00f1a escala <\/span><b>SSF en la asignaci\u00f3n de las posibilidades de pesca<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\", a trav\u00e9s de la iniciativa de LIFE, destacando c\u00f3mo la PPC ha creado un \"mar distorsionado\" que discrimina a los SSF.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.entry-content -->\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.timeline-content -->\n\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.timeline-content-wrap -->\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li id=\"timeline-7\" class=\"timeline-post with-icon\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"module-timeline-date tf_box tf_textr\">\n\t\t\t\t\t  2020-2021\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i class=\"module-timeline-icon\" style=\"background-color:#51aece;\"><svg  class=\"tf_fa tf-ti-angle-double-down\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><use href=\"#tf-ti-angle-double-down\"><\/use><\/svg><\/i>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"module-timeline-content-wrap tf_box tf_right\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"module-timeline-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"module-timeline-title\">    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t   REFORZAR EL GOBIERNO Y LA DIRECCI\u00d3N DE LA VIDA\t\t\t\t\t\t\t   \t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"entry-content\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <h4><strong>SE RENUEVA LA ASOCIACI\u00d3N MAVA<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Fundaci\u00f3n MAVA renueva su asociaci\u00f3n con LIFE por dos a\u00f1os, hasta octubre de 2022, permitiendo que el Programa Mediterr\u00e1neo contin\u00fae con su compromiso de apoyar a los miembros de LIFE en la cara del agua. El apoyo es para las iniciativas de asociaci\u00f3n, vinculando a LIFE con otros socios del MAVA en dos iniciativas estrat\u00e9gicas:  \"<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/foodnected.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Foodnected<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hacia un sistema alimentario justo y sostenible en el Mediterr\u00e1neo\"; y \"Potenciar el legado: ampliar <\/span><b>cogestionado<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y financieramente sostenible <\/span><b>Zonas de no captura<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \/ \u00c1reas Marinas Protegidas\".<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>ADMINISTRADORES DEL MAR BALEAR<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LIFE se convierte en socio de la <\/span><b>Fundaci\u00f3n Marilles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para trabajar en las Islas Baleares durante un periodo de 3 a\u00f1os. El papel de LIFE es comprometerse con las asociaciones de SSF y promover su integraci\u00f3n en las iniciativas de \u00e1reas protegidas y en las iniciativas de cogesti\u00f3n asociadas y promover la venta directa de sus productos. La iniciativa est\u00e1 vinculada a la asociaci\u00f3n de LIFE con el MAVA.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>ELABORACI\u00d3N DE UN PLAN ESTRAT\u00c9GICO QUINQUENAL<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LIFE finaliza la redacci\u00f3n de un plan estrat\u00e9gico de 5 a\u00f1os, basado en un largo proceso de revisi\u00f3n. El plan compromete a LIFE a unir a los pescadores para lograr una pesca justa, mares saludables y comunidades vibrantes. Para lograr estos objetivos, LIFE desarroll\u00f3 una teor\u00eda del cambio como parte del plan. El plan estrat\u00e9gico ser\u00e1 revisado por el Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de LIFE en 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>EL AT\u00daN ROJO EN LOS TRIBUNALES<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una sentencia judicial hist\u00f3rica en un tribunal franc\u00e9s falla a favor de los miembros y socios franceses de LIFE, y en contra de las normas francesas para <\/span><b>asignaci\u00f3n del at\u00fan rojo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cuotas de pesca.
