En premier lieu, il cr\u00e9e une jurisprudence in\u00e9dite au plan national sur laquelle les requ\u00e9rants vont pouvoir s'appuyer pour faire \u00e9voluer la cl\u00e9 de r\u00e9partition du quota de thon rouge. Les principes retenus pourront s'appliquer aussi \u00e0 d'autres m\u00e9canismes en vigueur pour diff\u00e9rentes esp\u00e8ces sous quotas.<\/p>\n
