{"id":9523,"date":"2018-02-01T13:59:09","date_gmt":"2018-02-01T13:59:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/?p=9523"},"modified":"2018-03-14T10:06:54","modified_gmt":"2018-03-14T10:06:54","slug":"fishy-business-fish-pos-eu-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/de\/fishy-business-fish-pos-eu-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Update - Fischige Gesch\u00e4fte in EN\/DA\/DE\/NL\/PL\/FR\/ES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9264\" src=\"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/LIFE-LOGO-300x232.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"195\" height=\"151\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/LIFE-LOGO.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/LIFE-LOGO-978x756.jpg 978w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 195px) 100vw, 195px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>Pressemitteilung - zur sofortigen Ver\u00f6ffentlichung<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Fischige Gesch\u00e4fte: Fischereibetriebe in der EU<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Wie das Vers\u00e4umnis, die Fischereierzeugerorganisationen (EO) in der EU anzuerkennen und zu regulieren, die Gemeinsame Fischereipolitik und die kleineren Fischer in Verruf bringt und was getan werden sollte, um dieses Problem zu l\u00f6sen.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Unter den kleinen K\u00fcstenfischern (SSCF) in Europa [80% der gesamten EU-Flotte] w\u00e4chst das Interesse an den m\u00f6glichen Vorteilen, die sich f\u00fcr sie aus der Gr\u00fcndung von Erzeugerorganisationen f\u00fcr kleine Fischer ergeben.<\/p>\n<p>Dies w\u00e4re eine gute Nachricht f\u00fcr alle Parteien, die an der Verwirklichung der Ziele der GFP interessiert sind, da in den Verordnungen anerkannt wird, dass die Erzeugerorganisationen \"der Schl\u00fcssel\" zur Verwirklichung dieser Ziele sind und die kleinen K\u00fcstenfischer in Europa die gro\u00dfe Mehrheit aller europ\u00e4ischen Fischer ausmachen.<\/p>\n<p>LIFE hat diesen Bericht in Auftrag gegeben <strong>um festzustellen, ob die Vorschriften und die Struktur, denen der europ\u00e4ische SSCF beitreten w\u00fcrde, zweckm\u00e4\u00dfig, offen, fair und gerecht sind.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Bericht macht deutlich<strong> die Notwendigkeit, dass die Kommission und die Mitgliedstaaten Ma\u00dfnahmen ergreifen<\/strong> sicherzustellen, dass die Bedingungen f\u00fcr die Anerkennung von Erzeugerorganisationen und Branchenverb\u00e4nden gem\u00e4\u00df Artikel 14 bzw. 16 der Verordnung \u00fcber die gemeinsame Marktorganisation eingehalten werden.<\/p>\n<p>Ihr anhaltendes Vers\u00e4umnis ist eine direkte Bedrohung f\u00fcr die wichtigsten Ziele der Gemeinsamen Fischereipolitik und der Gemeinsamen Marktorganisation.<\/p>\n<p>Wir fordern die Kommission dringend auf<strong> eine dringende \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Einhaltung der Vorschriften durch die Erzeugerorganisationen der Mitgliedstaaten vorzunehmen<\/strong> und unsere Empfehlungen zu pr\u00fcfen, die konstruktive Vorschl\u00e4ge zur Behebung des Versagens des derzeitigen Regulierungssystems enthalten sollen.<\/p>\n<p>Hinweis f\u00fcr Redakteure: Die Plattform \"Low Impact Fishers of Europe\" [LIFE] ist eine Organisation von Organisationen kleiner Berufsfischer in ganz Europa, die von Fischern f\u00fcr Fischer gef\u00fchrt wird.
