November, erl\u00e4uterte Kommissar Vella, dass die ICCAT \u00fcber die Zuteilung von Quoten f\u00fcr Roten Thun unter den Vertragsparteien (CPC) entscheidet, <strong>nicht \u00fcber die Aufteilung dieser Quoten auf die verschiedenen Sektoren innerhalb einer bestimmten CPC<\/strong>.
