{"id":21204,"date":"2024-07-16T13:43:38","date_gmt":"2024-07-16T13:43:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/?p=21204"},"modified":"2024-07-17T11:14:51","modified_gmt":"2024-07-17T11:14:51","slug":"baltic-sea-total-allowable-catch-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/de\/baltic-sea-total-allowable-catch-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Ostsee: Zul\u00e4ssige Gesamtfangmenge 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Seit der Einf\u00fchrung von Sofortma\u00dfnahmen in der Ostsee zum Schutz der Dorschbest\u00e4nde vor f\u00fcnf Jahren hat sich die Situation nur noch verschlimmert, und es gibt keinen Grund zu Optimismus, dass sich die Lage in n\u00e4chster Zeit verbessern wird, <a href=\"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/de\/baltic-emergency-no-fishers-of-the-future-without-fish-in-the-future\/\">die wir auf der Veranstaltung \"Baltic emergency\" im Juni in Br\u00fcssel in Angriff genommen haben.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Am 31. Mai ver\u00f6ffentlichte der Internationale Rat f\u00fcr Meeresforschung (ICES) sein wissenschaftliches Gutachten dar\u00fcber, wie viel Fisch im n\u00e4chsten Jahr (2025) aus der Ostsee entnommen werden darf. Dieses Gutachten soll die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission (EK) und die EU-Kommission informieren.<br \/>\nAgriFish-Rates bei der Festsetzung der Fangm\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr 2025 und des Vorschlags der EU zu den Fangm\u00f6glichkeiten in der Ostsee, der Ende August ver\u00f6ffentlicht werden soll.<\/p>\n<p>Aus dem ICES-Gutachten geht hervor, dass sich die meisten Best\u00e4nde nicht erholen oder sogar weiter zur\u00fcckgehen. Neben Kabeljau und westlichem Hering geh\u00f6ren nun auch Sprotten zu den Arten, deren Best\u00e4nde sich auf einem historischen Tiefstand befinden. LIFE begr\u00fc\u00dft zwar das ICES-Gutachten zur Reduzierung des Fischereiaufwands, ist aber besorgt, dass dieses Gutachten nicht weit genug geht, da es zu eng gefasst ist und nicht \u00fcber einen einfachen Ansatz f\u00fcr eine einzelne Art hinausgeht.<\/p>\n<p>Obwohl die Quoten f\u00fcr die gezielte Fischerei gesenkt wurden, hat der ICES in seinen Empfehlungen weder die Auswirkungen der nat\u00fcrlichen Sterblichkeit (vor allem durch Kormorane und Robben) noch die Beifangsterblichkeit ber\u00fccksichtigt. Kabeljau wird immer noch in gro\u00dfen Mengen in der Grundschleppnetzfischerei auf Plattfische (Flunder und Scholle) gefangen. In diesen Fischereien wird weit mehr Kabeljau als Beifang gefangen (und zur\u00fcckgeworfen) als in den Fischereien, die auf Kabeljau ausgerichtet sind.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aus diesen Gr\u00fcnden fordert LIFE, die Fischerei auf Kabeljau, Scholle und westlichen Hering in den Seegebieten 21-32 f\u00fcr alle Flotten und Fangger\u00e4te zu verbieten, mit Ausnahme kleiner Flotten mit geringer Auswirkung und passivem Fangger\u00e4t.
