Etwa zwanzig Personen aus dem Empord\u00e0, darunter handwerkliche Fischer, K\u00f6che, Gastronomen, gemeinschaftlich getragene Projekte, die Bewegung der Solidarischen \u00d6konomie und lokale Nichtregierungsorganisationen wie \"The Sepia Project\" haben sich zusammengeschlossen, um die \"Foodnected Community of Practice in l'Empord\u00e0<\/strong>\", eine Initiative gef\u00f6rdert von Low Impact Fishers of Europe<\/strong><\/a> und ihre Mitglieder Kunst Menors Costa Brava<\/strong>als Teil des Vernetzte Lebensmittel<\/a> Projekt.<\/p>\n

Vernetzte Lebensmittel<\/a> ist das Ergebnis der kollektiven Bem\u00fchungen mehrerer Organisationen, die dazu beitragen wollen, das derzeitige Lebensmittelsystem im Mittelmeerraum in ein gerechteres und nachhaltigeres System umzuwandeln. So hat das Projekt dazu beigetragen, das Entstehen von kurzkettigen Lebensmittelsystemen an Land und auf See zu erleichtern, die f\u00fcr die Natur und die Menschen arbeiten und Erzeuger und Verbraucher durch lokale Praxisgemeinschaften zusammenbringen, die sich auf gemeinsame Werte<\/a>. Das Projekt umfasste mehrere Pilotstandorte im Mittelmeerraum, unter anderem in L'Empord\u00e0, wo es konkret zur Schaffung von Empesca't<\/a>Es handelt sich dabei um ein Direktvertriebssystem und eine Marke f\u00fcr Qualit\u00e4t, Nachhaltigkeit und fairen Handel mit den Produkten der Kleinfischer von l'Estartit, die seit Juni letzten Jahres zufriedenstellend funktioniert. Gleichzeitig wurde eine Gruppe von Schl\u00fcsselakteuren innerhalb der lokalen Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette von l'Empord\u00e0 zusammengebracht.<\/p>\n

Das Treffen am 25. war das erste konstituierende Treffen dieser Community of Practice, bei dem nicht nur die Geburt von Empesca't offiziell gefeiert wurde, sondern auch ein Raum f\u00fcr die Akteure, die dieses Modell m\u00f6glich machen, um sich kennenzulernen und gemeinsam, nun als Gruppe, \u00fcber die n\u00e4chsten Schritte und den Fahrplan f\u00fcr ein gerechteres und nachhaltigeres Lebensmittelsystem im Empord\u00e0 nachzudenken.<\/p>\n

\"In diesem Sommer haben wir diese Marke eingef\u00fchrt, und jetzt brauchen wir die Mitarbeit aller. Deshalb sagen wir, dass Empesca't nicht nur Kunden sucht, die unsere Produkte anbieten k\u00f6nnen, sondern Mitarbeiter, damit sie unsere Stimme gegen\u00fcber den Verbrauchern sein k\u00f6nnen, was wir auf dem Meer tun\", sagt Isaac Moya, Kleinfischer und einer der Gr\u00fcnder von Empesca't.<\/p>\n

\"Von LIFE aus haben wir dazu beigetragen, Empesca't Wirklichkeit werden zu lassen, und wir sind sehr stolz auf die von den Fischern geleistete Arbeit. Wir haben jedoch erkannt, dass es notwendig war, eine Gemeinschaft von Menschen um sie herum zu gewinnen, die den Mehrwert ihrer Produkte verstehen und sch\u00e4tzen, um den Erfolg und die Lebensf\u00e4higkeit des Projekts zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Deshalb sind Reflexionsr\u00e4ume wie der heutige und die Schaffung des Willens und des Vertrauens aller Akteure, um gemeinsam voranzukommen, sehr wichtig und hoffnungsvoll\", sagt Marta Cavall\u00e9, LIFE-Koordinatorin f\u00fcr den Mittelmeerraum.<\/p>\n
