Oktober ist der Internationale Tag der Landfrauen, und die Regierung der Balearen hat sich diesem Anlass angeschlossen und den ersten Tag des Gleichstellungsplans der Balearen (Spanien) organisiert.<\/p>\n<p>Der prim\u00e4re Sektor wird von Frauen in der Landwirtschaft, der Viehzucht, der Fischerei und der Agrar- und Ern\u00e4hrungswirtschaft vertreten. Von allen Teilsektoren sind nach den Statistiken der balearischen Regierung die Frauen im Fischereisektor in der Minderheit: nur 2% der Frauen an Bord der Schiffe und 7% der Frauen in der Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette des Fischereisektors.<\/p>\n<p>Die Regionalministerin f\u00fcr Landwirtschaft, Fischerei und Ern\u00e4hrung, Mae de la Concha, er\u00f6ffnete die Konferenz und erkl\u00e4rte, wie wichtig es sei, die F\u00fchrungsrolle und die Sichtbarkeit von Frauen in den Sektoren, die den Prim\u00e4rsektor ausmachen, zu st\u00e4rken. \"Frauen waren schon immer da, aber nicht als Eigent\u00fcmerinnen von landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben, als Besitzerinnen, als Vollverdienerinnen, sie sind auch nicht auf vielen Listen der Sozialversicherung, und sie haben oft l\u00e4cherliche Renten, nachdem sie ein Leben lang gearbeitet haben, nicht nur auf dem Feld und im Meer, sondern auch im Haushalt und in der Familie\".<\/p>\n<p>Anna Masdeu Lalanza, LIFE-Koordinatorin auf den Balearen, nahm an der ersten Frauenrunde zum Thema \"Frauen in F\u00fchrungspositionen im Prim\u00e4rsektor\" teil und berichtete \u00fcber ihre Sicht der Rolle der Frauen im Fischereisektor des Mittelmeers sowie \u00fcber ihre Erfahrungen als Frau im Agrar- und Fischereisektor, in dem sie ihre berufliche Laufbahn verbracht hat.<\/p>\n<p>Fischerinnen aus Ibiza und Menorca gaben Zeugnis und betonten die Notwendigkeit, ihren Fischfang mit der Familie zu vereinbaren und soziale oder wirtschaftliche Unterst\u00fctzung zu erhalten, um diese produktive T\u00e4tigkeit, die sie mit Leidenschaft aus\u00fcben und nicht aufgeben wollen, weiterhin aus\u00fcben zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Generaldirektor f\u00fcr Fischerei der Balearen, Joan Mercant, der Pr\u00e4sident der balearischen Fischervereinigung, Domingo Bonin, und der Pr\u00e4sident der spanischen Fischervereinigung, Basilio Ortega, w\u00fcrdigten \u00fcbereinstimmend die Rolle der Frauen im Fischereisektor.<\/p>\n<p>Der Leiter des B\u00fcros des regionalen Ministeriums f\u00fcr Landwirtschaft, Fischerei und Ern\u00e4hrung, Mar Mas, stellte den Gleichstellungsplan der Balearen als Instrument f\u00fcr Genossenschaften, Fischergilden und landwirtschaftliche Organisationen vor, um die Beteiligung und Pr\u00e4senz von Frauen in Entscheidungsprozessen im Prim\u00e4rsektor der Balearen zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n<p>Preisverleihung des 2.
