M\u00e4rz bei einer virtuellen Veranstaltung im Rahmen des internationalen Festivals Terra Madre Salone del Gusto vorgestellt, k\u00fcndigten die Projektpartner Slow Food, Global Footprint Network, Low Impact Fishers of Europe (LIFE) und GOB Menorca heute an.<\/p>\n<p>\"Nachdem wir uns jahrelang darum bem\u00fcht haben, die Bedeutung von Bildung zu betonen und das Bewusstsein der Verbraucher f\u00fcr den Wert ihrer Lebensmittel und ihre Verbindung zu den Menschen, die sie produzieren, zu sch\u00e4rfen, freuen wir uns, mit Organisationen f\u00fcr nachhaltige Fischerei und Landwirtschaft zusammenzuarbeiten, um eine Welt zu schaffen, in der alle Akteure durch gemeinsame Initiativen zusammenkommen k\u00f6nnen, um das Leben der anderen durch einen wesentlichen Aspekt dessen, was es bedeutet, Mensch zu sein, zu verbessern: die Lebensmittel, die wir konsumieren, um nicht nur unseren K\u00f6rper zu ern\u00e4hren, sondern auch unseren Geist und unsere Gemeinschaften zu n\u00e4hren\", sagte Paula Barbeito, Koordinatorin von Foodnected bei Slow Food.<\/p>\n<p>Foodnected wird von der MAVA-Stiftung \u00fcber einen Zeitraum von zwei Jahren finanziert und soll \"Menschen und Natur durch lokale, faire und nachhaltige Lebensmittelsysteme miteinander verbinden\". Seine Vision ist es, Erzeuger und Verbraucher durch eine auf gemeinsamen Werten basierende Community of Practice zusammenzubringen. Durch die Verk\u00fcrzung der Distanz zwischen Erzeugern und Verbrauchern und die Entwicklung eines ethischen Kodex von \u00f6kologischen und sozialen Werten f\u00fcr die Art und Weise, wie Lebensmittel produziert und konsumiert werden, wird das Projekt die M\u00e4ngel des vorherrschenden Marktsystems beheben und die ungerechte Situation der Kleinerzeuger umkehren.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-18148 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Small-scale-fish-catch-Baleaaric-Islands-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Small-scale-fish-catch-Baleaaric-Islands-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Small-scale-fish-catch-Baleaaric-Islands-1024x576.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>\"Der faire Zugang zu Ressourcen und M\u00e4rkten ist ein grundlegender Kampf f\u00fcr die kleinen, umweltfreundlichen Fischer, die den Gro\u00dfteil der europ\u00e4ischen Flotte ausmachen. Wir glauben, dass die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen von wesentlicher Bedeutung ist, um einen positiven und sinnvollen Wandel in unseren Lebensmittelsystemen zu erreichen. Um \u00fcberlebensf\u00e4hig zu sein, m\u00fcssen die Fischer f\u00fcr den Wert, den sie durch ihre guten Praktiken schaffen, belohnt werden.
