Januar 2019<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Jerneja Penca<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die kleine und handwerkliche Fischerei im Mittelmeer ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil der K\u00fcstengemeinden, die eine schonende Fischerei betreiben, sich t\u00e4glich mit frischem Fisch versorgen und einen wesentlichen Teil des kulturellen Erbes darstellen. Sie sind von Natur aus sehr anpassungsf\u00e4hig, was f\u00fcr die Abfederung der Auswirkungen \u00f6kologischer und wirtschaftlicher Ver\u00e4nderungen entscheidend ist. Ihr vielseitiger Beitrag zu einem gesunden, produktiven und widerstandsf\u00e4higen Mittelmeer wird jedoch sowohl von den politischen Entscheidungstr\u00e4gern als auch von den Verbrauchern nicht ausreichend anerkannt. Sie stehen auf dem Markt im Wettbewerb mit Erzeugnissen der Gro\u00dffischerei, mit ausl\u00e4ndischen Einfuhren und mit Produkten aus der Aquakultur. Es wird zu wenig zwischen Produkten unterschiedlicher Herkunft, Qualit\u00e4t, Fangger\u00e4ten und sozio\u00f6konomischen Auswirkungen auf die Erzeuger, einschlie\u00dflich ihrer Arbeitspl\u00e4tze und ihres Wohlstands, unterschieden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Es werden Instrumente ben\u00f6tigt, um den Markt st\u00e4rker in Richtung der Auszeichnung guter Praktiken zu bewegen, idealerweise im transnationalen Kontext. Dieses Projekt soll zu einem bewussteren, nachhaltigeren und anspruchsvolleren Markt f\u00fcr Meeresfr\u00fcchte beitragen, der die Rolle der Kleinfischerei in den L\u00e4ndern des Mittelmeerraums aufwertet. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird eine Machbarkeitsstudie f\u00fcr ein Kennzeichnungs- oder ein anderes Marktsystem entwickelt, mit dem Produkte von Kleinfischern ausgezeichnet werden, die solide regionalspezifische \u00f6kologische und sozio\u00f6konomische Grunds\u00e4tze einhalten und umsetzen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Das Konsortium besteht aus sieben Personen aus Forschungs-, Nichtregierungs- und Fischereiorganisationen sowie einer Beratungsfirma und deckt Bereiche der Fischerei- und Meereswissenschaft, rechtliche und Governance-Aspekte sowie soziale, kulturelle und wirtschaftliche Faktoren in ausgew\u00e4hlten BlueMed-Mitgliedsl\u00e4ndern und im Libanon ab.
