Dank mehrerer Initiativen, die darauf abzielten, Kleinfischern ein Mitspracherecht bei diesem bahnbrechenden Prozess einzur\u00e4umen,\u00a0<b>Vertreter der Kleinfischer konnten sich 2009 und 2010 am Konsultationsprozess zum Gr\u00fcnbuch beteiligen und B\u00fcndnisse mit vielen gleichgesinnten Organisationen schlie\u00dfen.\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><b>Gemeinsam haben sie\u00a0<\/b><strong>forderte, dass diejenigen, die am nachhaltigsten fischen, vorrangig Zugang zu den Fischereiressourcen erhalten sollen<\/strong>und f\u00fcr eine gerechte Neuaufteilung der Fangrechte an kleinere Fischer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.entry-content -->\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.timeline-content -->\n\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.timeline-content-wrap -->\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li id=\"timeline-1\" class=\"timeline-post with-icon\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"module-timeline-date tf_box tf_textr\">\n\t\t\t\t\t  2012-2013\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i class=\"module-timeline-icon\" style=\"background-color:#51aece;\"><svg  class=\"tf_fa tf-ti-angle-double-down\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><use href=\"#tf-ti-angle-double-down\"><\/use><\/svg><\/i>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"module-timeline-content-wrap tf_box tf_right\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"module-timeline-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"module-timeline-title\">    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t   LEBEN WIRD OFFIZIELL EINGEF\u00dcHRT\t\t\t\t\t\t\t   \t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"entry-content\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <p><b>LIFE wurde im Jahr 2012 eingef\u00fchrt. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">auf dem ersten Europ\u00e4ischen Kongress f\u00fcr handwerkliche Fischer in Br\u00fcssel ins Leben gerufen und auf einem zweiten Kongress 2013 in Santiago konsolidiert.  Diese beiden Treffen dienten dazu, die Gr\u00fcndungsmitglieder von LIFE zu versammeln, die strategische Ausrichtung von LIFE festzulegen und zu definieren <\/span><b>seine Vision und seinen Auftrag<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.entry-content -->\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.timeline-content -->\n\t\t\t<\/div><!-- NORDSEE<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LIFE erh\u00e4lt einen einmaligen Zuschuss von der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission im Rahmen des Programms <\/span><b>Pilotprojekt \"Unterst\u00fctzungsma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr die handwerkliche Fischerei\", um ein Arbeitsprogramm f\u00fcr die Ost- und Nordsee zu erstellen.\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ein gro\u00dfer Erfolg war die Wahl von 5 LIFE-Mitgliedsorganisationen in den Exekutivausschuss der\u00a0<\/span><b>Beirat f\u00fcr die Ostsee (BSAC).<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LEBEN wurde wird\u00a0<\/span><b>von den europ\u00e4ischen Institutionen als Sprachrohr der Kleinfischer auf EU-Ebene anerkannt\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">und wird in 6 der 10 Beir\u00e4te aktiv<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>DRITTER EUROP\u00c4ISCHER KONGRESS DER HANDWERKLICHEN FISCHER<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LIFE organisiert den dritten Kongress der europ\u00e4ischen handwerklichen Fischer in Warschau, an dem Vertreter aller Mitgliedsorganisationen teilnehmen. Auf dem Treffen wurde die 10-Jahres-Dachstrategie von LIFE vorgestellt. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>LIFE VERPFLICHTET SICH, DIE K\u00c4MPFE DER FRAUEN IN DER KLEINFISCHEREI ZU UNTERST\u00dcTZEN<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><b>Der Kongress verpflichtete sich auch dazu <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zusammenarbeit in strategischer Partnerschaft mit\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/akteaplatform.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AKTEA<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,\u00a0<\/span><b>das europ\u00e4ische Netzwerk von Frauenorganisationen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0in der Fischerei und Aquakultur.  LIFE hat sich verpflichtet, innerhalb der Organisation ein spezielles Programm f\u00fcr Frauen in der Fischerei zu unterst\u00fctzen<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.entry-content -->\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.timeline-content -->\n\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.timeline-content-wrap -->\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li id=\"timeline-5\" class=\"timeline-post with-icon\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"module-timeline-date tf_box tf_textr\">\n\t\t\t\t\t  2018\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i class=\"module-timeline-icon\" style=\"background-color:#51aece;\"><svg  class=\"tf_fa tf-ti-angle-double-down\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><use href=\"#tf-ti-angle-double-down\"><\/use><\/svg><\/i>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"module-timeline-content-wrap tf_box tf_right\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"module-timeline-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"module-timeline-title\">    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t   ST\u00c4RKUNG DES MITTELMEERPROGRAMMS\t\t\t\t\t\t\t   \t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"entry-content\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die <\/span><b>Das Programm der MAVA-Stiftung f\u00fcr den Mittelmeerraum<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 und LIFE gehen eine dreij\u00e4hrige Partnerschaft ein, die die Kapazit\u00e4ten von LIFE in diesem wichtigen Meeresbecken erheblich st\u00e4rkt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LIFE beteiligt sich an dem von der Allgemeinen Kommission f\u00fcr die Fischerei im Mittelmeer (GFCM) geleiteten Prozess zur Ausarbeitung des regionalen Aktionsplans f\u00fcr die kleine Fischerei im Mittelmeer und im Schwarzen Meer (RPOA-SSF) und leistet einen Beitrag dazu. LIFE wird Gr\u00fcndungsmitglied der <strong>\"Freunde der Kleinfischerei\"<\/strong> in der GFCM, einer Gruppe, die sich f\u00fcr die Umsetzung des RPOA-SSF einsetzt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ende 2018 machte der Brexit die Verlagerung von LIFE in einen EU-Mitgliedstaat und die Schlie\u00dfung der T\u00e4tigkeiten im Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich unumg\u00e4nglich. LIFE wird als gemeinn\u00fctziger Verein (ASBL) in Belgien eingetragen.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.entry-content -->\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.timeline-content -->\n\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.timeline-content-wrap -->\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li id=\"timeline-6\" class=\"timeline-post with-icon\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"module-timeline-date tf_box tf_textr\">\n\t\t\t\t\t  2019\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i class=\"module-timeline-icon\" style=\"background-color:#51aece;\"><svg  class=\"tf_fa tf-ti-angle-double-down\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><use href=\"#tf-ti-angle-double-down\"><\/use><\/svg><\/i>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"module-timeline-content-wrap tf_box tf_right\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"module-timeline-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"module-timeline-title\">    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t   Wachsende\t\t\t\t\t\t\t   \t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"entry-content\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <h4><strong>DIE IMPULSSCHLEPPNETZFISCHEREI IST VERBOTEN<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nach einer langen Kampagne, die LIFE im Jahr 2016 gestartet hat, stimmt das Europ\u00e4ische Parlament im Plenum f\u00fcr\u00a0<\/span><b>Verbot der Fischerei mit elektrischen \"Impulsschleppnetzen\"<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>STRATEGISCHE PLANUNG<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LIFE beginnt mit einer internen Reflexion durch einen Prozess der \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung und strategischen Planung, an dem die Mitglieder beteiligt sind und verschiedene Interessengruppen konsultiert werden.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>LIFE vertritt derzeit 33 Mitglieder in 15 Mitgliedstaaten (mit ca. 10.000 Fischern).<\/b><\/p>\n<h4><strong>EIN FAIRER DEAL F\u00dcR DIE KLEINE FISCHEREI?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Pech-Ausschuss des Europ\u00e4ischen Parlaments organisiert eine Diskussion zum Thema \"<\/span><b>Ein fairer Deal f\u00fcr <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0kleine, handwerkliche und K\u00fcstenfischer <\/span><b>VNS bei der Zuteilung von Fangm\u00f6glichkeiten<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\"auf Initiative von LIFE, in der hervorgehoben wird, wie die GFP ein \"verzerrtes Meer\" geschaffen hat, das die SSF benachteiligt.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.entry-content -->\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.timeline-content -->\n\t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/.timeline-content-wrap -->\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li id=\"timeline-7\" class=\"timeline-post with-icon\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"module-timeline-date tf_box tf_textr\">\n\t\t\t\t\t  2020-2021\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i class=\"module-timeline-icon\" style=\"background-color:#51aece;\"><svg  class=\"tf_fa tf-ti-angle-double-down\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><use href=\"#tf-ti-angle-double-down\"><\/use><\/svg><\/i>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"module-timeline-content-wrap tf_box tf_right\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"module-timeline-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"module-timeline-title\">    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t   ST\u00c4RKUNG DER STEUERUNG UND AUSRICHTUNG DES LEBENS\t\t\t\t\t\t\t   \t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"entry-content\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <h4><strong>MAVA PARTNERSCHAFT ERNEUERT<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die MAVA-Stiftung erneuert ihre Partnerschaft mit LIFE um zwei Jahre bis Oktober 2022, so dass das Mittelmeerprogramm sein Engagement zur Unterst\u00fctzung der LIFE-Mitglieder an der Wasseroberfl\u00e4che fortsetzen kann. Die Unterst\u00fctzung betrifft Partnerschaftsinitiativen, die LIFE mit anderen MAVA-Partnern in zwei strategischen Initiativen verbinden:  \"<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/foodnected.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Vernetzte Lebensmittel<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">auf dem Weg zu einem fairen und nachhaltigen Lebensmittelsystem im Mittelmeerraum\" und \"Empowering the legacy: scaling up <\/span><b>mitverwaltet<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> und finanziell nachhaltig <\/span><b>Fangverbotszonen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \/ Meeresschutzgebiete\".<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>VERWALTER DES BALEARISCHEN MEERES<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LIFE wird ein Partner der <\/span><b>Stiftung Marillen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00fcber einen Zeitraum von 3 Jahren auf den Balearen zu arbeiten. Die Aufgabe von LIFE besteht darin, mit den VNS-Verb\u00e4nden in Kontakt zu treten und ihre Einbindung in Schutzgebietsinitiativen und damit verbundene Ko-Management-Initiativen zu f\u00f6rdern sowie den Direktverkauf ihrer Erzeugnisse zu unterst\u00fctzen. Die Initiative ist mit der Partnerschaft von LIFE mit MAVA verbunden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>ENTWURF EINES 5-JAHRES-STRATEGIEPLANS<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LIFE schlie\u00dft die Ausarbeitung eines 5-Jahres-Strategieplans ab, der auf einem langen \u00dcberpr\u00fcfungsprozess beruht. Der Plan verpflichtet LIFE dazu, Fischer zu vereinen, um eine faire Fischerei, gesunde Meere und lebendige Gemeinschaften zu erreichen. Um diese Ziele zu erreichen, hat LIFE eine Theorie des Wandels als Teil des Plans entwickelt. Der Strategieplan wird vom LIFE-Verwaltungsrat im Jahr 2021 \u00fcberpr\u00fcft.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>BLAUFLOSSENTHUNFISCH VOR GERICHT<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ein bahnbrechendes Urteil eines franz\u00f6sischen Gerichts f\u00e4llt zugunsten der franz\u00f6sischen LIFE-Mitglieder und -Partner und gegen die franz\u00f6sischen Vorschriften f\u00fcr <\/span><b>Aufteilung von Rotem Thun<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Fischereiquoten.
