Im Einklang mit den Anforderungen der reformierten Gemeinsamen Fischereipolitik widmet die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission der Situation der K\u00fcstenfischereiflotten besondere Aufmerksamkeit und ist sich bewusst, dass eine angemessene Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr das Wachstum und den Wohlstand des Sektors unerl\u00e4sslich ist.<\/p>\n<p>Es ist daher sehr erfreulich, dass die LIFE-Plattform zu den Nutznie\u00dfern dieser Initiative geh\u00f6rt und nun die Leitung des Projekts \u00fcbernimmt\u00a0<strong><em>\"F\u00f6rderma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr die kleine Fischerei in der Ost- und Nordsee\"<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0mit dem Hauptziel, die Netze der Kleinfischer mit geringen Auswirkungen in der Region zu st\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n<p>Um diese wichtige Aufgabe erfolgreich zu bew\u00e4ltigen, k\u00f6nnen sich die lokalen Fischerorganisationen auf einen Koordinator f\u00fcr die Ost- und Nordsee verlassen, der \u00fcber fundierte Erfahrungen im Fischereimanagement und in der politischen Vertretung verf\u00fcgt und speziell zu diesem Zweck eingestellt wurde. Die LIFE-Mitarbeiter unterst\u00fctzen, beraten und koordinieren die Organisationen der Kleinfischer und erm\u00f6glichen eine wirksame Zusammenarbeit mit Akteuren aus dem \u00f6ffentlichen und privaten Sektor. Das Projekt hat bereits eine Reihe von Mitgliedstaaten in der Region erreicht, darunter Polen, Deutschland, D\u00e4nemark, Finnland, Schweden und Estland.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die St\u00e4rkung der kleinen Fischereiorganisationen wird im Rahmen des Projekts durch die Konzentration auf mehrere Priorit\u00e4ten gef\u00f6rdert und sichergestellt:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aufbau der Kapazit\u00e4ten der Kleinfischer in der Region, damit ihre Stimmen und Anliegen in den regionalen Gremien, insbesondere den Beir\u00e4ten, geh\u00f6rt und beachtet werden;<\/li>\n<li>Regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Zusammenarbeit mit den Kleinfischern in der Region, um ihre Situation zu verstehen und ihnen zu helfen, ihre Bed\u00fcrfnisse zu ermitteln, damit sie ihre gemeinsame Agenda und Botschaften festlegen k\u00f6nnen;<\/li>\n<li>Erleichterung bei der Erarbeitung gemeinsamer Positionen und der Organisation gemeinsamer Aktionen;<\/li>\n<li>Ermutigung der Kleinfischer in der Region zur Zusammenarbeit, zum Austausch von Erfahrungen und bew\u00e4hrten Verfahren;<\/li>\n<li>Unterrichtung der Kleinfischer in dem Gebiet \u00fcber die politischen Entwicklungen auf allen relevanten Ebenen;<\/li>\n<li>Beratung bei der L\u00f6sung von Problemen, mit denen sie im Tagesgesch\u00e4ft konfrontiert sind<\/li>\n<\/ul>    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module um deren Situation eingehend zu verstehen und sie bei Bedarf zu unterst\u00fctzen, sowohl bei den Treffen als auch bei sp\u00e4teren Kontakten - mit dem Ziel, ein funktionierendes regionales Netzwerk zu schaffen<\/li>\n<li>Aktive Teilnahme an zahlreichen Sitzungen und Aktivit\u00e4ten der Beir\u00e4te f\u00fcr die Ostsee und die Nordsee<\/li>\n<li>Unterst\u00fctzung bei der erfolgreichen Bewerbung einer Organisation um die Mitgliedschaft im Baltic Sea Advisory Council<\/li>\n<li>Erleichterung des Beitritts von 3 Mitgliedsorganisationen zu LIFE<\/li>\n<li>Organisation eines gro\u00dfen Workshops, um Kleinfischer mit den EU-Institutionen und dem Entscheidungsfindungsprozess in der Fischerei, dem Wesen der Beir\u00e4te, dem Europ\u00e4ischen Meeres- und Fischereifonds, den Quotenverwaltungssystemen und der Anlandeverpflichtung vertraut zu machen (siehe Medien unten)<\/li>\n<li>Produktion von f\u00fcnf kurzen Lehrfilmen zu den oben beschriebenen Hauptthemen des Workshops<\/li>\n<li>Unterst\u00fctzung der betroffenen Kleinfischer bei der Ausarbeitung eines Aktionsplans f\u00fcr den Dorschbestand der westlichen Ostsee im Hinblick auf das ICES-Gutachten von
