Til dr\u00f8ftelse var emnet<strong> <em>elektrisk pulstrawl som et mere b\u00e6redygtigt alternativ til bomtrawl<\/em>.<\/strong> Et pulsnot bruges til at give fisk elektrisk st\u00f8d for at skr\u00e6mme dem op fra havbunden, og det er mere end 10 gange lettere end et konventionelt bomtrawl (240 kg mod 3.000 kg). Det har enorme fordele for br\u00e6ndstof\u00f8konomien, CO2-fodaftrykket og den mekaniske p\u00e5virkning af havbunden.<\/p>\n<p>Ikke desto mindre betyder redskabets lavere v\u00e6gt, at det kan anvendes i omr\u00e5der, der er utilg\u00e6ngelige for bomtrawl, og de d\u00f8delige, subd\u00f8delige og bredere \u00f8kosystemvirkninger af elektriske pulser er endnu ikke tilstr\u00e6kkeligt udforskede. LIFE mener derfor <strong>opfordrer til forsigtighed inden frigivelse af udstyret<\/strong>. For detaljer se https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/shocking-the-fish\/<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8295 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/DSCN2708-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/DSCN2708-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/DSCN2708-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/>Sm\u00e5 kystfiskere, der bruger fastst\u00e5ende redskaber, er bekymrede for, at tammertrawl-fiskeriindsatsen takket v\u00e6re pulsteknologi nu flytter sig <strong>ind i mere f\u00f8lsomme og milj\u00f8m\u00e6ssigt s\u00e5rbare omr\u00e5der<\/strong>, hvor virkningen af overfiskeri og elektriske pulser p\u00e5 havfaunaen og tilh\u00f8rende levesteder truer deres aktiviteter. At tillade, at elektrisk pulstrawl tr\u00e6nger ind i disse kystn\u00e6re omr\u00e5der i mangel af en effektiv regulerings- og kontrolramme, strider mod enhver forsigtigheds- eller \u00f8kosystembaseret tilgang til forvaltning af fiskeriet.<\/p>\n<p>Som repr\u00e6sentant for GD Mare hyldede Elisa Roller pulstrawl som \u201cdet mest innovative, mest beforskede og mest br\u00e6ndstofeffektive redskab\u201d, hvilket hun ser som afg\u00f8rende <strong>v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j til h\u00e5ndtering af udfordringerne ved landingsforpligtelsen<\/strong>. Som enhedschef for CFP og strukturel st\u00f8tte, politiudvikling og koordination er hun tilstr\u00e6kkelig tilfreds med dokumentationen fra forskningen til at tillade udrulning af pulsteknikken i hele EU. Hun fremh\u00e6vede et par udest\u00e5ende problemer, der skal tages h\u00e5nd om, hvilket dybest set skyldes en misforst\u00e5else af pulssp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l, sagde hun.<\/p>\n<p>Pim Visser opfordrede p\u00e5 vegne af den nederlandske fiskeriindustri til en for\u00f8gelse af antallet af licenser til fart\u00f8jer, der fisker efter brunrejer, og fremh\u00e6vede den mulige reduktion i bifangsten p\u00e5 60 til 701 TP3T.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8296 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/DSCN2710-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"233\" height=\"175\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/DSCN2710-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/DSCN2710-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 233px) 100vw, 233px\" \/>Ricardo Serrao Santos henledte opm\u00e6rksomheden p\u00e5 det etiske sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l om fiskes velf\u00e6rd og p\u00e5pegede, at innovation b\u00e5de kunne v\u00e6re <strong>Dr. Jekyll og Mr. Hyde<\/strong>. Innovation var et tveegget sv\u00e6rd, der p\u00e5 \u00e9n gang var \u00e5rsagen til og den potentielle l\u00f8sning p\u00e5 klimaforandringer, forurening, havforsuring og plastikoffald.<\/p>\n<p>Hans Polet fra ILVO \u2013 Flanderns Forskningsinstitut for Landbrug og Fiskeri \u2013 fremh\u00e6vede, at p\u00e5 trods af omfattende forskning er der stadig v\u00e6sentlige<strong> videnshuller<\/strong> hvad ang\u00e5r det bredere \u00f8kosystem og de langsigtede virkninger.<\/p>\n<p>Bjorn Stockhausen fra Seas at Risk opfordrede til, at de regulerende betingelser for licensbegr\u00e6nsninger for pulstrawl er<strong> styrket ikke sv\u00e6kket<\/strong>, og at eksisterende licenserede aktiviteter evalueres. Sm\u00e5 fejl kan f\u00e5 store konsekvenser, sagde han.
