{"id":22207,"date":"2025-12-10T14:13:51","date_gmt":"2025-12-10T14:13:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/?p=22207"},"modified":"2025-12-11T07:43:57","modified_gmt":"2025-12-11T07:43:57","slug":"putting-stocks-recovery-at-the-centre-of-eu-fisheries-decisions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/da\/putting-stocks-recovery-at-the-centre-of-eu-fisheries-decisions\/","title":{"rendered":"Genopretning af fiskebestande i centrum for EU's fiskeribeslutninger"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div>Mens EU's fiskeriministre forbereder sig p\u00e5 det afg\u00f8rende decemberm\u00f8de i R\u00e5det, udsteder vi en <strong>f\u00e6lles m\u00f8de med fritidsfiskere og milj\u00f8-NGO'er<\/strong> for et fundamentalt skift i, hvordan videnskabelige r\u00e5d om fiskerimuligheder rekvireres og anvendes. <strong>I et f\u00e6lles brev til kommiss\u00e6r Kadis,<\/strong> vi opfordrer indtr\u00e6ngende Europa-Kommissionen til at sikre, at fremtidige fiskerikvoter og den videnskab, der ligger til grund for dem, fuldt ud er i overensstemmelse med EU'ers retlige forpligtelser og dens bredere ambition om at levere et sundt, modstandsdygtigt og produktivt hav under den europjiske havpagt.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">P\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af Europas havomr\u00e5der viser engang s\u00e5 rige kommercielle fiskebestande \u2013 fra makrel og torsk til kuller og \u00f8sters\u00f8arter \u2013 en alarmerende tilbagegang. For at vende denne udvikling kr\u00e6ves der en<strong> fornyet videnskabelig r\u00e5dgivningsramme, der eksplicit prioriterer genopretning af bestande, forsigtighed, \u00f8kosystemets sundhed og opn\u00e5elsen af god milj\u00f8tilstand.<\/strong>Fornyelsen af rammepartnerskabsaftalen og den specifikke tilskudsaftale mellem Europa-Kommissionen og Det Internationale Havforskningsr\u00e5d (ICES), som nu er forest\u00e5ende, er en afg\u00f8rende mulighed. Vi opfordrer Kommissionen til<strong> opdater disse aftaler<\/strong> s\u00e5 EU's r\u00e5dgivningsanmodninger til ICES klart eftersp\u00f8rger genopretningsfokuseret, forsigtighedsbaseret, \u00f8kosystembaseret r\u00e5dgivning, for at k\u00e6mpe for lavere fiskerigr\u00e6nser for 2026, hvor det er n\u00f8dvendigt, og for at inddrage interessenter mere gennemsigtigt i udformningen af fremtidige r\u00e5dgivningsprocesser.<\/p>\n<p>Ved at indlejre genopretning og havets sundhed i b\u00e5de politik og videnskabelig r\u00e5dgivning kan Kommissionen styre EU's fiskeriforvaltning i retning af langvarig b\u00e6redygtighed, blomstrende kystsamfund og modstandsdygtige marine \u00f8kosystemer.
