Udkastet til projekt blev pr\u00e6senteret for \u00d8sters\u00f8ens R\u00e5dgivende R\u00e5ds medlemmer i september 2024 med henblik p\u00e5 h\u00f8ring.<\/p>\n<p>Sunde sildeststammer er af afg\u00f8rende betydning for \u00d8sters\u00f8ens \u00f8kosystem, men der er observeret negative tendenser i alle \u00d8sters\u00f8ens underomr\u00e5der langs den svenske kyst. Disse omfatter faldende alders- og st\u00f8rrelsesstruktur samt reduktioner i biomasse og m\u00e6ngde. Dette videnskabelige projekt har til form\u00e5l at vurdere, om rumlige foranstaltninger til forvaltning af fiskeriet kan forbedre sildestammenes tilstand langs den svenske kyst.<\/p>\n<p>Et foresl\u00e5et unders\u00f8gelsesomr\u00e5de i det centrale \u00d8sters\u00f8 vil teste \u00e5rlige fiskerirestriktioner for Unionens fart\u00f8jer, der anvender sl\u00e6bende redskaber til pelagiske bestande, med en undtagelse for fart\u00f8jer under 24 meter, der fisker efter fisk til direkte konsum. Som et svensk regeringsopdrag vil projektet fokusere p\u00e5 svensk fiskeri, idet foresl\u00e5ede fiskerireguleringer skal gennemf\u00f8res som nationale foranstaltninger i henhold til artikel 20 i grundforordningen.<\/p>\n<p>Projektet har til form\u00e5l at evaluere effektiviteten af spatiale foranstaltninger til forvaltning af fiskeriet og, hvis det lykkes, foresl\u00e5, hvordan s\u00e5danne foranstaltninger kan bidrage til at forbedre sundhedstilstanden for sildebestande i \u00d8sters\u00f8en.
