{"id":21204,"date":"2024-07-16T13:43:38","date_gmt":"2024-07-16T13:43:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/?p=21204"},"modified":"2024-07-17T11:14:51","modified_gmt":"2024-07-17T11:14:51","slug":"baltic-sea-total-allowable-catch-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/da\/baltic-sea-total-allowable-catch-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00d8sters\u00f8en: Samlet tilladt fangstm\u00e6ngde 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Efter indf\u00f8relsen af n\u00f8dforanstaltninger i \u00d8sters\u00f8en for at beskytte torskebestanden for fem \u00e5r siden er situationen kun blevet forv\u00e6rret, og der er intet grundlag for optimisme om, at tingene vil blive bedre forel\u00f8big, <a href=\"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/da\/baltic-emergency-no-fishers-of-the-future-without-fish-in-the-future\/\">som vi dr\u00f8ftede under \u201cBaltic emergency\u201d-arrangementet, der blev holdt i Bruxelles i juni.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Den 31. maj offentliggjorde Det Internationale Havunders\u00f8gelsesr\u00e5d (ICES) sin videnskabelige r\u00e5dgivning om, hvor meget fisk der kan tages op af \u00d8sters\u00f8en n\u00e6ste \u00e5r (2025). Denne r\u00e5dgivning udarbejdes for at informere Europa-Kommissionen (EK) og<br \/>\nAgriFish-r\u00e5det, n\u00e5r det g\u00e6lder fasts\u00e6ttelsen af fiskerimulighederne for 2025, og EU-Kommissionens forslag om fiskerimulighederne i \u00d8sters\u00f8en, som forventes offentliggjort i slutningen af august.<\/p>\n<p>ICES-r\u00e5dgivningen viser, at de fleste bestande ikke er i fremgang eller endda falder yderligere. Brisling er nu blevet f\u00f8jet til torsk og vestlig sild som arter p\u00e5 historisk lave niveauer. Selvom LIFE hilser ICES' r\u00e5dgivning om at reducere fiskeriet velkommen, er vi bekymrede for, at denne r\u00e5dgivning ikke g\u00e5r langt nok, idet den er en\u00f8jet og ude af stand til at g\u00e5 ud over en simpel enkeltarts-tilgang.<\/p>\n<p>Selvom kvoterne for m\u00e5lrettet fiskeri er blevet nedsat, har ICES i deres anbefalinger hverken taget h\u00f8jde for konsekvenserne af naturlig d\u00f8delighed (is\u00e6r pr\u00e6dation fra skarver og seler) eller d\u00f8delighed som f\u00f8lge af bifangst. N\u00e5r det g\u00e6lder torsk, fanges der stadig store m\u00e6ngder i bundtrawl-fiskeri efter fladfisk (skrubbe og r\u00f8dsp\u00e6tte). Der fanges (og uds\u00e6ttes) langt mere torsk som bifangst i disse fiskerier end i det fiskeri, der er rettet mod torsk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Af disse \u00e5rsager g\u00f8r LIFE g\u00e6ldende, at fiskeriet i havomr\u00e5de 21-32 efter torsk, r\u00f8dsp\u00e6tte og vestlig sild b\u00f8r lukkes for alle fl\u00e5der og redskaber med undtagelse af sm\u00e5, milj\u00f8venlige k\u00e5rede kystfl\u00e5der, der anvender passive redskaber.
