{"id":20641,"date":"2024-04-05T12:28:00","date_gmt":"2024-04-05T12:28:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/?p=20641"},"modified":"2024-04-05T14:40:11","modified_gmt":"2024-04-05T14:40:11","slug":"quotas-de-thon-rouge-un-pas-de-plus-vers-une-repartition-equitable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lifeplatform.eu\/da\/quotas-de-thon-rouge-un-pas-de-plus-vers-une-repartition-equitable\/","title":{"rendered":"Kvoter for bl\u00e5finnet tun: et skridt t\u00e6ttere p\u00e5 en retf\u00e6rdig fordeling?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PRESSEMEDDELELSE<br \/>\n5. april 2024<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gruppen best\u00e5ende af Syndicat des Petits M\u00e9tiers d\u2019Occitanie, Plateforme de la petite p\u00eache artisanale, Low Impact Fishers of Europe (LIFE), Comit\u00e9 d\u00e9partemental des p\u00eaches du VAR og Prud\u2019homie des p\u00eacheurs de la Ciotat (Bouches du Rh\u00f4ne) har hilst Vestre Landsrets (Cour d'appel administrative) afg\u00f8relse i Toulouse den 28. marts velkommen om at stadf\u00e6ste annulleringen af en ministeriel bekendtg\u00f8relse, der fasts\u00e6tter ordningerne for tildeling af den kvote for bl\u00e5finnet tun, der blev tildelt Frankrig for 2017. Mere end 7 \u00e5r efter at v\u00e6re g\u00e5et i retten for at anf\u00e6gte lovligheden af tildelingen af kvoten for bl\u00e5finnet tun (Thunnus thynnus), har gruppen ikke ventet forg\u00e6ves.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Efter en f\u00f8rste kendelse til dens fordel i juni 2021, efterfulgt af statens appel i september 2021, t\u00e6nder dette resultat h\u00e5b for mange kystfiskere, der st\u00e5r over for en uholdbar situation med hensyn til fordelingen af fiskekvoter. Store fart\u00f8jer monopoliserer ofte kvoterne og efterlader kystfiskerne med intet eller n\u00e6sten intet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ACA bekr\u00e6ftede blot Montpellier-domstolsafg\u00f8relse fra 2021: Artikel L. 921-2 i den franske landbrugs- og maritime fiskerilov mangler et retsgrundlag. Den regulerer tildelingen af fiskerimuligheder baseret p\u00e5 tre kriterier, nemlig producenternes historik, markeds- og \u00f8konomiske balance, hvorved man ser bort fra integrationen af det milj\u00f8m\u00e6ssige kriterium i nationale tekster, som kr\u00e6ves af europ\u00e6iske forordninger og specifikt art. 17 i den f\u00e6lles fiskeripolitik, som fastsl\u00e5r, at \u2019medlemsstaterne skal anvende gennemsigtige og objektive kriterier, herunder milj\u00f8m\u00e6ssige, sociale og \u00f8konomiske kriterier\u201c.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tilf\u00e6ldet med almindelig tun er s\u00e6rligt emblemagtigt for denne uretf\u00e6rdige situation med en national kvote p\u00e5 n\u00e6sten 7.000 tons, som n\u00e6sten fuldst\u00e6ndigt omfordeles til det medicinske industrielt fiskeri med henblik p\u00e5 eksport.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Takket v\u00e6re store forvaltningsindsatser er bestanden af finatlantisk tun kommet sig over de seneste 10 \u00e5r, og vi kan kun gl\u00e6de os over dens gode tilstand i dag. Denne positive udvikling har f\u00f8rt til en stigning i den franske kvote fra 3.226 tons i 2017 til 6.693 tons i 2024.
