I lyset af den kommende afstemning den 29. november i ENVI-udvalget om naturgenopretningsloven er LIFE g\u00e5et sammen med en koalition af organisationer for at dele en erhvervserkl\u00e6ring for at opfordre <\/span>alle medlemmer af Europa-Parlamentet og EU-medlemsstaterne opfordres til at st\u00f8tte den endelige vedtagelse af genopretningsloven for naturen.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cEU's naturgenopretningslov er en generationsmulighed for at tage konkrete og effektive skridt til at vende biodiversitets- og klimakriserne ved at genoprette EU's land- og havomr\u00e5der i stor skala. Vi, de undertegnede virksomheder og erhvervsorganisationer, opfordrer til en hurtig vedtagelse af en ambiti\u00f8s og juridisk bindende EU-naturgenopretningslov for at bringe naturen tilbage til Europa. EU's naturgenopretningslov vil v\u00e6re et n\u00f8gleredskab til at tackle vores kriser vedr\u00f8rende klima og biodiversitet og til at garantere den langsigtede b\u00e6redygtighed og levedygtighed af vores samfund og \u00f8konomi.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Hvor st\u00e5r genoprettelsesloven for naturen?<\/p>\n

Som en p\u00e5mindelse, efter R\u00e5det <\/span>enig i dens placering<\/span><\/a> om loven i juni i \u00e5r og <\/span>Parlament<\/span><\/a> I juli sk\u00f8d de interinstitutionelle forhandlinger (ogs\u00e5 kaldet \u2018trilogserne\u2019) om den endelige tekst i gang. Den 9. november m\u00f8dtes forhandlerne fra Parlamentet, Kommissionen og R\u00e5det <\/span>n\u00e5ede til en forel\u00f8big aftale<\/span><\/a> om den endelige lovtekst. Selvom vi er lettede over at se denne aftale, i betragtning af den h\u00e5rde modstand mod loven tidligere p\u00e5 \u00e5ret, ville vi \u00f8nske, at den var mere ambiti\u00f8s og i overensstemmelse med det, videnskaben fort\u00e6ller os er n\u00f8dvendigt for at tackle klima- og biodiversitetskriserne.<\/span><\/p>\n

For at blive til virkelighed (hvilket er n\u00f8dvendigt for ikke at forsinke det h\u00e5rdt tr\u00e6ngte genoprettelsesarbejde) beh\u00f8ver lovgivningen yderligere to st\u00f8ttende afstemninger i Europa-Parlamentet, i ENVI-udvalget den 29. november og under plenarforhandlingerne (sandsynligvis tidligt n\u00e6ste \u00e5r), samt endelig vedtagelse af et flertal af EU's medlemsstater.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Tidligere p\u00e5 \u00e5ret offentliggjorde Europa-Kommissionen en meddelelsespakke (\u201cEn pagt for fiskeri og have\"), der skitserer forslag til h\u00e5ndtering af dekarbonisering (meddelelse om energiomstilling), biodiversitet og genopretning af levesteder (meddelelse om en havhandlingsplan), en meddelelse om gennemf\u00f8relsen af den f\u00e6lles fiskeripolitik og en rapport om forordningen om den f\u00e6lles markedsordning (FMO).
