\"\"Italien, marts <\/strong>4., 2021 \u2013<\/strong> Foodnected, et nyt projekt der skal fremme overgangen til b\u00e6redygtige og retf\u00e6rdige f\u00f8devaresystemer i middelhavsomr\u00e5det, vil blive lanceret den 10. marts ved et virtuelt arrangement som en del af den internationale festival Terra Madre Salone del Gusto, meddelte projektpartnerne Slow Food, Global Footprint Network, Low Impact Fishers of Europe (LIFE) og GOB Menorca i dag.<\/p>\n

Finansieret af MAVA-fonden over en to\u00e5rig periode handler Foodnected om \u201cat forbinde mennesker og natur omkring lokale, retf\u00e6rdige og b\u00e6redygtige f\u00f8devaresystemer.\u201d Dets vision er at bringe producenter og forbrugere sammen gennem et praksisf\u00e6llesskab baseret op p\u00e5 delte v\u00e6rdier. Ved at forkorte afstanden mellem producenter og forbrugere og udvikle en etisk kodeks for milj\u00f8m\u00e6ssige og sociale v\u00e6rdier for den m\u00e5de, mad produceres og forbruges p\u00e5, vil projektet tage h\u00e5nd om manglerne i det fremherskende markedsystem og vende den uretf\u00e6rdige situation, som sm\u00e5 producenter st\u00e5r over for.<\/p>\n

\"\"\u201cAt opn\u00e5 retf\u00e6rdig adgang til ressourcer og markeder er en fundamental kamp for sm\u00e5, sk\u00e5nsomme fiskere, som udg\u00f8r flertallet af den europ\u00e6iske fl\u00e5de. Vi tror p\u00e5, at det er afg\u00f8rende at arbejde sammen med andre for at opn\u00e5 en positiv og meningsfuld forandring i vores f\u00f8devaresystemer. For at v\u00e6re levedygtige skal fiskere bel\u00f8nnes for den v\u00e6rdi, de tilf\u00f8jer gennem deres gode praksis. P\u00e5 den anden side skal forbrugerne let kunne identificere b\u00e6redygtige, sunde og retf\u00e6rdige produkter og kende deres historie, s\u00e5 de kan v\u00e6rds\u00e6tte og v\u00e6lge dem, sagde LIFE's eksekutivsekret\u00e6r Brian O'Riordan.<\/p>\n
