 <\/p>\n

Sm\u00e5skala- og kystfiskeri i Middelhavet udg\u00f8r et vigtigt element i kystsamfund, der deltager i fiskeriaktiviteter med lav p\u00e5virkning, leverer lokale forsyninger af frisk fisk p\u00e5 daglig basis og danner en integreret del af kulturarven. De er naturligt meget tilpasningsdygtige, hvilket er afg\u00f8rende for at afb\u00f8de virkningerne af \u00f8kologiske og \u00f8konomiske \u00e6ndringer. Deres mangefacetterede bidrag til et sundt, produktivt og modstandsdygtigt Middelhav er imidlertid fortsat utilstr\u00e6kkeligt anerkendt af s\u00e5vel besluttere som forbrugere. De st\u00e5r over for markedskonkurrence fra storskala-fiskeriprodukter, udenlandsk import og akvakulturprodukter. Der g\u00f8res alt for lille forskel mellem produkter med forskellige oprindelser, kvaliteter, redskaber og socio\u00f8konomiske indvirkninger p\u00e5 producenterne, herunder deres jobs og trivsel.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Der er brug for v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer til et st\u00f8rre skub i markedets retning mod at bel\u00f8nne god praksis, ideelt set i en transnational kontekst. Dette projekt s\u00f8ger at bidrage til et mere bevidst, b\u00e6redygtigt og sofistikeret fisk- og skaldyrsmarked, der v\u00e6rds\u00e6tter kystfiskeriets rolle i lande i hele Middelhavsomr\u00e5det. Projektet vil udarbejde en gennemf\u00f8rlighedsunders\u00f8gelse af en m\u00e6rkningsordning eller en anden markedsordning, der anerkender produkter fra kystfiskere, som overholder og implementerer sunde, regionsspecifikke \u00f8kologiske og socio\u00f8konomiske principper.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Konsortiet best\u00e5r af syv personer fra forsknings-, ngo- og fiskeriorganisationer samt et konsulentfirma og d\u00e6kker omr\u00e5derne fiskeri- og marinvidenskab, juridiske og forvaltningsm\u00e6ssige aspekter samt sociale, kulturelle og \u00f8konomiske faktorer i udvalgte BlueMed-medlemslande og Libanon. Konsortiet og en r\u00e6kke eksperter med relevans for indsatsen vil m\u00f8des tre gange i perioden mellem januar 2019 og marts 2020 for at n\u00e5 m\u00e5let.<\/p>\n
