europ\u00e6iske have p\u00e5 havet uden at vide, om de vil v\u00e6re i stand til at tjene nok til at leve af.\u00a0<strong>EU\u2019s fl\u00e5de af sm\u00e5fiskerfart\u00f8jer (SSFF) udg\u00f8r st\u00f8rstedelen af fiskerne i Europa, tegner sig for over 70% af de aktive fiskerfart\u00f8jer og st\u00e5r for 50% af arbejdspladserne til s\u00f8s, og alligevel er den den \u2018glemte fl\u00e5de\u2019<\/strong> \u2013 overset af skiftende europ\u00e6iske fiskeripolitikker.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LIFE mener, at med<strong> en nedefra-og-op-tilgang<\/strong>, kan sm\u00e5skalafiskere bringes fra periferien til centrum af EU's fiskeripolitik og forvaltningsprocesser, hvor deres kapacitet opbygges som forandringsagenter p\u00e5 stedet, og <strong>at drive de langsigtede \u00e6ndringer, der er afg\u00f8rende for at opn\u00e5 b\u00e6redygtige fiskeri- og f\u00f8devaresystemer.<\/strong> At g\u00f8re denne
